I just visit this location using my rewards text coupon program and I was told. I could not use it because they can't take coupons at the moment. The manager did not even try to do a price adjustment, try to give great customer service, I was just gonna have to pay regular price this is really unacceptable. I just walked

I ordered a three-piece original meal with fries and coleslaw. The fries were dry and had no flavor. The coleslaw was old with a sour tart flavor. I eat at KFC often enough to know how coleslaw should taste, and this coleslaw was old and nasty.

I would like to give attention to a manager Elizabeth when I walked in to use the woman’s restroom it was finally clean swept and toilets where spotless thanks so much for making sure the restrooms where restaurant ready because before they were so nasty and I wouldn’t use them! It actually looked clean keep doing a great job!

They gave some pieces without saying "Sorry."The problem was that it was only 6pcs.So I ordered 16pcs and visited there twice, they gave me 13 pcs without saying "Sorry"This was a very unpleasant thing.

I see such bad reviews here and I know KFC doesn't have the best rep in the fast food world, but I actually had a rather good experience here so I'm gonna leave my two cents.This is actually my first time having KFC in nearly 5 years but I saw their ad for their new spicy wings and I'm a huge fan of wings and there was a special offer so I decided to check it out.I ordered via mobile order and as soon as I arrived -- my order was already ready waiting. Super quick service by this branch and I was impressed.The wings were actually really good. It had the typical KFC peppery scent and you can definitely feel that spice coming up on you. I got honey BBQ as my dipping sauce and it was a perfect pair! As prices of wings and just food overall is increasing these days, it makes me happy to see wings being brought back into the spotlight in the fast food world. It was a great deal and I definitely want to come back to get me some more wings!

Their drive through "goes down" after 9pm and then they look at you crazy when you decide to come inside to order.The cashier told the manager she accidently messed up my order when she rang it up and the manager still proceeded to hand me my food with a smile instead of correcting the order.Horrible
