This is my 4th time visiting this location. I have been to the other 2 locations, Alpharetta and Buford in the past. Went on a Saturday afternoon to find a chair blocking the walkway inside. I peeped my head in and said hello no answer. I slid pass the chair and walked in and yelled out hello, no answer. My sister, my lil niece and I really wanted some boba tea and I promised them I'll bring some over. I attempted to call the store no answer. As I was leaving I looked back and saw a middle aged Korean woman coming to moving the chair. I asked if she was open and she stated yes with an attitude. I mentioned I was here a long time and she just frowned at me. We always ordered the sparkling ades and each time which is today was probably the 15th time, and I receive a normal cup. She handed me a strange tall cup that appeared smaller and a normal straw knowing dayum well we have boba and you can't use a normal straw. I asked her about the cup why is it different and she said these are the normal cups for the ade. I then asked why am I getting a normal straw I ordered boba, and she then stated the straw doesn't fit the lids for these cups. Well, I guess that's why I have been getting a different cup when you order it with boba. Her attitude the whole time was unreal. I left and said I'll figure it out. When I arrived at my sister's house, we realized there's an area that you can punch thru for the boba straws she didn't even know smh.Most likely not returning to this location. There was a young guy here before that was also rude, but we put it past us. The only ones that weren't were the young daughter and I believe her mother.

What a cute little boba shop! They have a great selection of milk tea's and herbal teas! This store is at the corner of a Plaza that is connected with a Publix. I'll order the brown sugar milk tea. I was quite disappointed because it was all milk. I did ask for 50% sweetness but I didn't expect it to be 50% of the flavor. It was quite disappointing but next time maybe I will get a different flavor but I definitely will not be ordering that again. The interior is very cute as you can tell from the photos they have a lot of baked goods for sale, which look like they are homemade. They do have a lot of knickknacks and items for sale. They also have some tea sets available. There's a bit of seating for people to sit and enjoy their tea however, we took this to go! Overall, it is a great Tea spot and it's great that John's Creek is providing Asian food and beverage options!

AHHH! So good. All the boba flavors taste absolutely incredible. It's so good to study there because it's so quiet and calm. The employees are so kind and make your boba as you ask for and make it so quickly! Cute decorations and even a little shop inside!! I live near Publix so I can literally just walk here from my house. Super helpful!! I WILL COME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean, great service. They have a great assortment of flavors and it tastes good. I'm normally a taro kind of girl but the fruit teas are good and refreshing. You can ask for it to have less sugar. I can't wait to try their croffle. They also have the cutest china sets.

I was greeted ever so warmly by the staff. Taro milk tea is my favorite so I just had to order it! The cute lil trinkets on sale stole my heart. I bought several for my nieces/nephews. I love the feelof the store. I can certainly see it as a hot spot on the weekends. If I had time/space I would have gotten a tea set. There were several on shelves. I will absolutely return. Why? Cuz ASH SAID IT! #ashsaidit

Kokee Tea in Suwanee/ Johns Creen in the Publix Plaza is really good! I thoroughly enjoyed my Kokee Milk Tea, which is Earl Grey Tea with SweetCloud. The Sweetcloud is Kokee Tea's in house recipe which is similar to like sweet cream foam. It is super sweet, so I ordered my drink with 30% sweetness level and it was sooo good! SEPTEMBER 30% OFF DRINKS HAPPY HOUR: Wednesday 1:00-4:00pm, Saturday 2:00-6:00pm. I was thoroughly impressed with how good the boba is here! The boba is perfectly chewy and sweet. The drink was refreshing and it might be my favorite spot to go to in this area... and I'm picky! The service here is really sweet. I believe that I was helped by the owner the two times I visited and she works hard. When I visited today, it seemed like she was training two associates and like promoting these bakery items! I couldn't tell if it was like a bakery pop-up?. Either way, she was holding the fort down and working hard. I will say, my drink took 20 minutes to get, but I understand that they were new workers. The shop is really cute and seems like a great place to catch up with friends and play games. I'm definitely returning!

Swung by a second time to try the croffle! We tried the strawberry and banana croffle and it was really yummy! The croissant becomes crunchy and chewy and it has some kind of honey like crispy glaze to it. I love fresh fruit so it all came together well. It was about $8. We got a sweet foam cold brew. Very pretty but lighter in the coffee flavor. Would have preferred it to be stronger. We were able to adjust the sweetness level which was nice. I was a little disappointed that they don't have wifi though. I was going to stay and do some work/order more food but my group needed wifi to stay. The workers were both sincere and helpful!
