The customer service at this Kroger is terrible. There's hardly ever anyone checking people out. They make you use the self check out, which is pretty inconvenient with a full cart and a baby. Half of the time the produce is scarce or moldy. 9/10 I'm disappointed with visiting this Kroger. The only reason I go there is the convenience in location.

This is the worst Kroger in the area. It used to be the best with the most friendly helpful employees but sadly those employees are all gone. It is so hit or miss on product availability. Usually it's a miss. I can't tell you how many times I have one thing planned for dinner, get almost all my shopping done only to realize they are out of an ingredient and then it's start all over with a different dinner in mind. And even then I sometimes can't make the alternate dinner because they are out of yet another ingredient for that dinner. Then I just walk out of the store and order take out for dinner. Infuriating. I've spoken numerous times to the manager about ordering things when stock gets low and each time they say they will start doing that but they never do. Other grocery stores are very inconvenient to my house but I try to shop elsewhere when I can but traffic is horrible and it's such a pain. This Kroger is so close to my house but it's about useless. We are moving out of this area soon and I'll be grateful not to have to shop here every again!

I ordered online for the first time, because there is $15 off for $75 purchase. I went to Kroger to pick up online order and the girl said order get cancelled, I spoke to someone who looks like manager because I saw her directing the workers here and there, I have her name and will not mention here. I asked her about the order cancelation, and why I didnt receive text or email, she said order canceled due to product unavailability. I went to the shelve and products are there.

Now usually Kroger is the go to grocery store. I've been to this one several times before and didn't have as bad of an experience. First off the store is very confusing and not set up like most Kroger. I simply came in to buy oranges and box Simply Honest juice. I scrolled around the the store for 15 minutes without locating the box juices and when I asked about the location, the only employee that was available simply said, "I don't know". Not one time did he attempt to assist me with location or anything. There were also no workers available at the customer service desk. Customer service these days are going to shreds.

This Kroger is absolutely horrible! I've had negative experiences prior to the pandemic. If you need a balloon blown up, don't go here. I've been 3 times and each time I've waited 15 min each. Even after requesting assistance. Extremely poor customer service. I'll just take my business to Publix.

This Kroger has low inventory as if it's going to close . Freezers are near empty . Staff unfriendly . At one time the cashier pointed out how they are doing surveys on the receipts , now I guess they don't care how they are doing . So disappointed in my local Kroger . I'll pay alittle more and shop at Publix . Kroger please try to step it up ....
Lots of "manager special" marked items on Sunday afternoons / evenings marked way down. Often can get organic milk for nearly same price as regular milk when on mgr special.
