What's the point of having 2 drive thru's if you're only going to use 1 at a time? Pulled up, told to wait as they take the other lanes order and new cars come pulling up into the other lane and they continue to take the other lanes order and make us wait so we pulled off.

The manager, Richard, gives you the courtesy and ambiance of a 5 star restaurant. Professinaly ran. The employees are very accommodating, special acknowment to Glenda and Ms G. I don't know the others' names, but all are great. We go the extra distance to go here by passing the one that us closer to us.

This location changes more for food than other nearby locationsFor example they charge a dollar more for a Fish Filet combo....just beware. Won't be stopping at this location again. Airport pricing!
I pulled up in the drive through and I was told to please hold, which is fine, but my problem comes when somebody else who pulls up to the other side gets there order taken before mine ! Then when I asked for a receipt I didn’t get one ! Driver through line took too long !

I hadn't realized that I didn't leave a review for this McD's despite living so close from it -- this has become my new home McD's and it's a pretty busy one -- every time I go, there's always a line at the drive-thru. The road that it's on is pretty heavily trafficked road so I am imagining that's why.I was able to mobile order an iced coffee via the app and headed there -- what was really nice was that the app detected that I was near the shop and they started preparing my order as soon as I arrived to the parking lot. I decided to pick up curbside and as soon as I put my parking lot number in, literally 30 seconds later -- the employee came out with my drink.Now -- I never expect this kind of fast service at McD's especially with curbside orders but I was pretty impressed with this. I see the overall review rating is a little low here, but every time I've been to this McD's, I've only had good experiences and encounters. Food-wise: must I say much? It's McD's -- it's pretty consistent wherever you go, but I'm glad I was able to have a fast smooth order experience here!

Horrible service, served a melted slushee that was leaking when they handed it to me, forgot my nuggets and sauce, and waited 20 minutes when the store was moderately empty. Worker had bad attitude too. Going to the one down the street from now on.
