WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS HERE!!!!This Suwanee location double charged my credit card for my purchase. As the manager began to put in the transaction I told them that I already paid for my pizza. I just wanted to make an additional purchase of a cookie. He proceeded to make an adjustment on the cashiers system by using my card to add the cookie. As I was handed a receipt that showed another charge of my pizza I was told that I was not charged twice. That evening I looked online at the charges on my card which showed two charges. When I went back to the restaurant asking for them to correct the double charge the manager tells me that there’s nothing that he could do on his end and that I would have to wait 5 business days for the charge to drop off of my account. The first mistake was that I NEVER authorized for them to make an adjustment. The simple and normal way of handling business is to do a new transaction of the new purchase. This is inconveniencing to me and the manager kept replying to me that there was nothing he could do to resolve his mistake.

Mellow Mushroom is a restaurant that I love going to with my friends. Every time we visit Suwanee Town Center, we always grab a bite here. We usually order the Great White, but this time, we ordered the Merry Prankster, and for an appetizer, we got the Bruschetta.The Bruschetta was super fresh and very light! It was so delicious. The ricotta cheese was also really a great plus with the balsamic sauce. I loved it.The Merry Prankster was amazing. It has an herb aioli base with chicken, Italian sausage, bell peppers, mozzarella, and aged white cheddar. It was spectacular! The combination of every ingredient went perfectly together. I totally recommend it.Vegetarian options: Vegan Pizza

The best spinach artichoke dip in town! Also cloud 9 chicken wings are a must try. The only thing I can do without is the psychedelic art, otherwise great food ??
I took home mushroom soup, which was delicious if a bit salty. The gluten free brownie was wonderful as was the gluten free pizza, half of which was just as great at home.
