The service is terrible. Ordered a vegetarian bowl which had small portion of rice, black beans … the left over crumbs for the onion/peppers. Lady put few pieces of lettuce and when asked for more, was told there is an extra charge.. she went on to put VERY little of the remaining toppings . So I was basically charged 10.50 for a spoonful of rice and black beans??? When I told her that a vegetarian bowl should have a decent potion of lettuce and toppings since that’s all that’s in the bowl.. she gave me a look and that’s all. Would not recommend this location, save yourself the frustration and go to a different location.

Pro: The place is fast, clean and hygienic.Con: They try to skimp you out of the food you pay, I.e “Forget” to put Guac on a Homewreaker bowl and less quantity of those free chips.

This location used to be good. Not sure what happened but this has to be one of the worst Moe’s in GA.Make sure your Moe’s app is working, if not they will not honor the moe Monday deal.The store itself was dirty and it wasn’t the type of dirty after a lunch rush. It was the type that seemed it had been that way for a while. Dirty tables, floors, etc.The portions were the smallest I’ve seen at a Moe’s. This is obviously the managers/owners decision by reading this is a common issue in other reviews. The staff is being trained to give smaller portions.If you’re craving Moe’s I would drive a little further to a different location.

Customer ServiceI really hate going to this location. They have the absolute worst customer service. I went into this location only because it was close to the Walmart that I shop at to order lunch for my son and I.I ordered my son's order and my own at checkout. I wanted to use my $10 rewards coupon. I noticed there was a 3x points coupon for buying a certain item, which I wanted to use, not knowing that if I used the bonus points coupon, it wouldn't allow me to use my $10 off coupon. I was very upset when this happened because extra points are only earned at the time of purchase of said item and shouldn't have anything to do with the cash rewards.The lady who helped me was not helpful at all, and just stood there when I told her that it didn't make sense for me to not be able to use the cash rewards because it had nothing to do with earning the points. She just stood there looking at me, like she didn't care and wasn't trying to help at all!! I told her to keep the food I'm done, and I will never ever return to this location again. There is always something with the employees there. They are rude, give you small scoops of the protein chosen, and they are always talking to each other in Spanish about the customers (never underestimate what languages other people speak).

I ordered a bowl and was given small portions of each ingredient I asked for. When I asked for lettuce I specified that I wanted a lot of lettuce and had to ask three additional times for more lettuce. I had the grilled peppers and onions on my bowl but they were barely cooked, still very firm and crunchy. The woman making my bowl was not the friendliest. I will not be returning to this location, I have had drastically different service at every other Moe's I've visited.

We love Moe's and have always had good service at other locations. Butbthe Moe's in Suwannee GA was weird. I asked for half chicken half steak and the said "we can't do that, you need to order double meat". Okay, whatever. I asked her to cut it in half (easier to eat). "We can't do that". Really? Literally every other Moe's does. I order a couple side of Chipotle ranch instead of having it put directly on the burrito and got charged for them. None of this would be a big deal if it was standard practice across all Moe's locations, but this is the only location where they were so weirdly stingy and lacked practical customer service skills. Thankfully I don't live near this one. We were just passing though.

Been a year since I came to this place. The service is still bad they are rude and still give small portions. There’s barely any chicken compared to the lettuce on my salad.

I ordered the Moes Monday special. I got to the register and scanned my app. They said the Reward wasn't there. They refused to give me the $7.99 price. I have been a Moes Rewards member for years. They have a big Moes Monday poster on the glass window. With my food already made, rather than figure out how to give me the Moes Monday price, they turned me away as I refused to pay full price. Again, my food was already made. I called Moes Customer service and got a voice attendant stating that they were busy and I could request a callback. I did but never received one. Moes turned away a long time loyal customer over a high advertised special that everyone with the app is supposed to get every week. This is poor management. Moes had nothing to lose by doing the right thing and providing the promotional price. I will not be back to this location and I will tell all of my friends to avoid it. What a horrible customer service experience that could have easily been avoided. Shame on you, Moes.
