We normally have a pretty good experience at Panda Express. However, lately they seem to focus more on drive through customs and delivery app customers than the customers which are standing right in front of them. This has really drug down their reputation and service. If they want to focus so much on these two aspects of business then they should hire extra staff to service this increasingly growing revenue stream. Not make the customers in their restaurant suffer.

will not be going back to this panda. went to drive thru to order food, got the wrong food. went in and told them this was wrong show them the receipt. had to wait until mgr approve the new order. they didn't even apologize and the food portion was much smaller than other panda.

I ordered through DoorDash and I ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. When I received my order there was rice with egg bits in my order instead of chow mein. I’m severely allergic to eggs. I didn’t get to eat my meal and I only received $3 in refund when I paid $17. I’m very disappointed.

This was absolutely awful. It's sad to pay for food and then have to suffer through the bad food. You got my money but I can't eat it because it's not edible. All I got was lo mein it was dry and stiff. You should be ashamed serving such food and then charging people.

Stopped here traveling and I have to say this was the CLEANEST and "top notch" Panda Express I have been to! Service was fast and employees were very friendly! Even the bathroom was spotless! Wonderful experience overall!

Over $300s worth of catering ordered 1 day ahead. Pick up time was at around 5:15 PM, but they texted me said my food was ready for pick up at 2PM! I still have that message and could've brought this to the corporate. Now, I read other reviewers' experiences and found several claims similar to mine. Whoever owns this place may get easily paranoid about dinner rush. Making catering orders 15-30 minutes early is acceptable. But, 3 hours ahead is too much. I won't order here anymore. Plus, their prices are $1-2 more expensive than other branches. I don't know why. ? Go figure.Food was good minus the temperature. Packaging wad great also.
