Since “0” stars is not an option , I chose what was available. Just extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I have continued to receive. Today was the final straw. Me and my money can and will go elsewhere.I’ll try to make a long story short. I requested several months back to have the person processing my order wear gloves for food and health safety. I’m surprised it’s not a requirement especially after Covid. Nonetheless, the manager “swore” to God that today was her first time she saw me. I go once a week. Although, I don’t necessarily expect that she may remember me. But what strikes me as odd as last week when I got there, she handed the other worker a pair of gloves to fix my order. When I arrived today, she called the same worker and when she saw me, she turned around and went back to where she was. A refusal? Insubordination? Who knows but the manger ended up fixing my order which they barely fill to the top. In any case, I ask the lady at the register to call her over because I wanted to know what the issue was. Seriously, if you and your workers have problems wearing gloves, why are they available in the first place? This should not be an inconvenience but really an attempt to show great customer service. Instead, it makes the person who is paying for their food think they have done something wrong. This shows me they don’t care about their customers or the service they provide. It’s just about fixing orders, writing on the container and going to the next customer. Today was the last day they will be rude to me.

We always enjoy Panda Express. Food is always hot and fresh. Served up quick. There are a lot of choices. Restaurant is pretty clean, even the restrooms.
Awesome experience with the drive-through attendant. She missed understood that I wanted to wait on the sesame chicken and failed to charge me for it, but quickly made up for it by getting it for me instead. How refreshing was it for a young lady to see how important it was to make a customer happy said that they will be back.

Went to drive thru and the guy who took my order was horrible. He took my first order and wanted to get rid of me that he didn’t want to take my second order. He talked very rude and he didn’t say anything and just put on the screen to pull forward after my second order. Got on the window and waited for who knows how long. So eventually I just left without anything from this horrible place and went to Taco Bell instead.

I used to order daily from Panda. All good until they changed to recipe for chiken/ mushroom, replacing the greens with kale. It is chewy, rubbery, disgusting. They lost me as a customer. Bad move, Panda !

Can the cooks add noodle to the chow mein! WOW 2/3 of the chow mein is onions. I left more than half my plate of food that is onions. And I like onion! Please do better!

I went to the one in Suwanee today and the woman asked me if I would like to donate to their charity and I said no. When I arrived at the window the woman charged my card anyway , this is against the law. It is stealing from customers. They have lost my business forever, plus my rice had a black stick in it that looked like a black tooth pick.
