I placed an order, the person on the phone repeated the order, when it was time to pick up the order; It was incomplete. And didn't show any concern about having the order wrong and to top it off, the person I spoke to was the shift manager. At least that's how he identified himself when I called to complain.

I hardly ever eat from pizza from Papa John’s it’s been a few year, and tonight I just remembered why.. My son door dashed me 8 pieces parmesan chicken . The ifood came to my door in NO bag and NO protective seal! When I called the manager Todd , he made it absolutely clear to me that “They are not required toSeal items” very assertively and that they do it as a courtesy!!! He repeated 3x assertively!! He also suggested I take it with door dash!!! Why would I take it with door dash when it’s your that didn’t seal the product??? He also said he will refund my money as if he was doing me a favor!!! I’m NOT eating that!!! So yes return my money!!!In today’s day and age. Reallly?????? And you select which ones you’ll seal and which one just goes unprotected??? And just left in front of the door no bag, Nothing????I work retail!! I know this review won’t go any further than here!!! But I can assure I will be calling there corporate office!!!!

will 100% never use again. After not only ignoring the leave at door request, and then having the driver block my door from closing with his foot. my driver decided the he deserved a better tip and signed his receipt for more money. when I called the store, I hung up on. Do better, because you have lost this customer.
The lady serving me “Pretty” is her name was absolutely delightful! Love her personality!!!

Just go to the Publix in the same shopping center, go to the frozen pizza aisle, spin around ten times, and buy the first frozen pizza you see. It will be 1/4 the cost and be just as good if not better than anything this place can get you.

They forgot my garlic sauce that comes with the pizza. And 1 side was missing some meat. And the guy at the counter seemed preoccupied and I hate to wait longer for my pizza even though it was already ready.
