Almost 2 hours before the store closed I walked in and all of the dining room chairs were already flipped upside down. The food was twice as greasy as usual, an absurd amount of mayo, and the fries were old because they didn't want to cut new

Great subs, especially the Italian. Wish there were more of these in the area.

I've given Penn Station two different chances and both were not good. Both times I waited over an hour for a sub. The bread is small, filling is lacking to say the very least and the prices are higher than their competitors. The staff seems lost and not in a hurry at all. I honestly don't know how this business is still open. Buyer beware.

I came here to try their cheese steak. The bread is fresh like other reviewers have stated. Also. Very good meat and condiments- mushrooms. Onions, etc. The service was friendly but the wait time a little slow. Ambiance is cool, cozy, and clean. Next visit I will try a cold sandwich or wrap. The cheesesteak was ok but not as good as the Philly connection.

Food is decent, however the service is incredibly slow, even with ordering online. Please be mindful that people have other places to be and things to do. Peoples time is not valued here.

I really use to love this place. The Philly and fries are delicious. I didn’t want to leave a negative review but this is literally the 5th time we’ve come to eat during regular business hours just to find the place closed. As far as I know it’s not even open anymore. This last time was at 7pm on a Friday.

A handwritten notice on a piece of computer paper on your door isn’t a sufficient notice of your updated closing time on a Sunday. Figure it out.

I have had better from, they over peppered my philly. I asked for onions and bell peppers. She put so much pepper that I didn't want it when I got to the second

Just visited here for the first time. The inside of the place looked a little run down and need of renovation but the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was pretty good. With few places that have a decent cheesesteak around, this will be my go to when I get that craving.

I used to like this place until I online ordered sandwiches for total of $27.10 last Sunday. Was supposed to pick up at 12pm so I went there exactly on time but the store was CLOSED, even though they were supposed to be open by 11am. They took my money and won't refund. I even emailed them but absolutely no response.

Food is Ok, but despite how few patrons they have, they always seem understaffed and move slower than Christmas. Pro Tip: if you order online, give them an extra 25 minutes before you show up to pick up your food.

Sara was awesome!! The Rueben sandwich was delicious and they even gave us a cookie that I could swear was homemade. Now I have a new favorite spot.

We just discovered the cheesesteaks from here and are completely hooked. I’m here every weekend picking at least one up. The only problem I have is when I order online and go to pick up, I have to wait longer and longer each time for my food. The website says 15 minutes, I give them 25. But it still ends up taking longer. It’s totally worth it though.
