I ordered pizza through the app. Originally had it on delivery but changed it to carry out. Upon doing so I had a switch of stores that I was not aware of. However once I located the store I was pleasantly surprised to get a very aromatic and delicious nine Pizza from the 525 Peachtree industrial restaurant. Moreover, before getting my review pizza hut gave me a nice gift of pizza for my next order which I used for the Lawrenceville-SUWANEE Rd store closest to me to check out the service on food taste and speed. Both stores did well for food taste and speed of service! I feel good about recommending them for good pizza to anyone with a rumbling tummy. Meat lovers rock! Enjoy!

Very rude Store Manager. I'm a doordash driver and had a hard time picking up an order even after I signed my name . The store manager said and I quote " I don't care about your time ".

Missing items from order. Ordered fries and received literally 12 fries in a micro pizza box. Absolutely no customer service. Try to call and it's an answering service. Was expecting a credit back for items ordered but not delivered that never came.

So, my company orders pizza from this location quite often. But on this particular day last Friday, 10/20, be exact, I ordered pizza for an IDD client and talked to the driver in an effort to provide the correct directions. The driver started the conversation, and he was like I noticed the charges, but I don't see a tip."Exuse You?". Customers are not obligated to leave tips first & and foremost. I was ordering for a client, and the client did not give me instructions to leave a tip. But when I got the bill statement for the company's credit card statement; I noticed the charges were different from what the original charges were. Long story short, the driver "Richard" is his name to be exact, took it upon himself to charge my company's card an extra $10 for a tip that he did not have authorization to do so. He should not still have a job because It's considered theft, and from an individual with disabilities at that; if he did this this time, I'm almost certain he has done it to other customers. Had my company wanted to press charges on Pizza Hut, it would have been an ugly situation . I definitely will not be ordering from this location ever again. Seems like some of the workers don't practice good moral and ethical judgments. I understand we are in a struggling economy, but this is not the way to go about it. I appreciate the manager who was on-site and how she handled the situation, kudos to her.

Ordered for my daughter party. Pizzas were cold, rushed and tasted horrible. I will never order pizza from this pizza hut. I think I am spoiled by the old pizza hut that was next to Wendy's and the one now by publix sugar hill. This was horrible. I can't believe I spent so much money here for disappointment. I will drive to publix sugar hill next time I've learned my lesson. So bad... pizza was nasty.

I’m so disappointed in this establishment. My brother ordered a cheese pizza for pickup today. When he arrived it was pepperoni.. we don’t eat pork so he requested they fix it.. after waiting another 15 minutes they were just taking too long- he couldn’t wait any longer and requested a refund so he could leave. The woman there told him no.. so he proceeded to wait another 20-30 minutes. He missed his event and no one ate the pizza because of their mistake and how long it took for them to fix it. Shame on you for taking advantage of a nice high school boy, because if it was anyone else they would’ve left on time with a refund. We will never order from here again.

I eat pizza hut because my wife likes it, although the bone in wing's were delicious, they were for me, she loves the pizza. I would recommend them the customer service is always good, and the prices are also, and as stated earlier the wing's were delicious ?
