I was here to pick up food and waited 25 minutes. I work for delivery Apps . Order wasn't ready. I had few items but he added up one more item and put me on more wait. I asked him .His name is Mike ,he was very rude talking. And told me if I doesn't want to wait get out of store and never come back. I never heard this kind of behavior. He is crazy

Well, the food is standard based on what the chain offers. Nothing better or worse. If you are picking up, you are better off. With delivery it can get very unpredictable. My experience....terrible. The delivery when ordered was 6:45 pm. After that, the Doordash link using which the chain delivers kept incrementing the delivery time by 4 minutes at a time and excruciatingly annoying. Finally I got my order nearly an hour and half late. Pizza hut won't take responsibility for it as Doordash delivers and doordash cares even less. Many other local pizza joints deserve your business more and they go over and above to make you smile. Avoid these places at all costs.

I stopped by around 10pm on a Sunday night and ordered the bacon cheesesticks for a quick work night snack. I have to be honest, I was nervous due to the previous reviews, but my order came out great. It was hot, fresh, and tasted good. It was only one person working and she seemed very nice

Sat night 10pm 11/4/23 Sent the wrong order. Called and old guy at Suwanee store didn’t apologize. Told me I’m not his customer, Door dash is since they picked up the order. Said he was going to hang up the phone rather than go around and around with me. Terrible. Just awful. I spent $40 for someone else’s order.
