Honest Review:Smoothie’s not bad. But Definitely, lied about the nutrition. Asked if smoothie had a lot of sugar twice to make sure we were on the same page. Owner lied and said No, saw on their website it has 72 grams of sugar… so if you want a decent smoothie, not a bad place. If you want Honesty, look elsewhere.

Planet smoothie is the place to go if you want some of the best tasting smoothies! The staff was awesome. I wasn't sure what to get so I asked for recommendations and they were very helpful. I placed my order and it didn't take them long to get my order ready. The prices are very good considering these smoothies can easily replace a meal.My experience overall was 10/10. So if you want delicious smoothies, great customer service, and great prices go to Planet smoothie!!

This place is amazing!!! I’ve had the smoothies before and always love them but I decided to branch out this time and try the açaí bowl. It is definitely my new favorite! Can’t wait for my next visit. The customer service is always tops notch!Dietary restrictions: The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any dietary restrictions. They are able to provide great suggestions and happily make any substitutions needed.Kid-friendliness: Everyone here is so friendly when my kids come! They always make a point to talk with them and make them laugh and smile. They also provide them with delicious and healthy options.

Bought two smoothies. While drinking one of them, a piece of hair came up through my straw into my mouth. Got in contact with the manager (Kristin Scott) and she asked if I'd like the drink remade which who would want that after almost swallowing a piece of someone else's hair. Once a refund was issued, the employee (Gabby) decided to add to the situation by stating "a piece of hair couldn't survive in a blender" as the hair was the same color tone as hers. I am beyond DISGUSTED and disappointed with the lack of understanding. Wish I could give zero stars!!

My all time favorite smoothie is 2 piece bikini lol. I love strawberries and bananas. I used to have this for lunch everyday with a friend of mine when I worked in Marietta. This store is very clean and employees are nice. I like this location in Suwanee town center bc you can grab a smoothie and walk in the park across the street or just sit out and relax, enjoying the view.
