I've been eating here once a week for 3 years and everything I've tried has been delicious. It's a little pricey compared to other sandwich spots, but the sourdough bread and the friendly staff make it worthwhile.

It’s evident that the staff running this location is dedicated to their work. Everyone I encountered was professional, courteous and cheerful. The sandwich was made fresh & we opted to enjoy a fresh Cinnabon.

Schlotzsky’s has been one of my fave sandwiches/chains for like, 25+ years now, and I always try to get something when I’m passing by a location (which is few and far between across the US) - first visit to this particular one.I had a coupon and had no problems using it, and they also got my add-on’s correct when I returned for another craving a couple days later. Both sandwiches were delicious and exactly what I look forward to :) Drive-thru attendants were very friendly.Note that dining room closes at 4pm here (which is fine as I’m Covid-informed and no longer dine in anyway, but bathroom access to wash hands was unexpectedly unavailable).

I've been ordering the same sandwich (roast beef on sourdough) for at least 20 yrs.This is the only location left that still uses the original, thin, tender roast beef.The staff is always very friendly.

Had really bad bread and not enough meat. Paid $36 for 2 sandwiches. Guy says it was sourdough. Didn't even taste like
Good tasting Cinnabon. Drive thru took a min, maybe warming up treat or fresh bash from oven. But it was good. No traffic.

I just did drive-thru here. I never thought I would be writing this about a fast-food place, but the service was literally excellent - comparable to the level of service I would hope for at a good dine-in restaurant. As a plus, the food was also excellent.Dietary restrictions: One of the things that made the service excellent was their handling of the fact that I made a few special requests about my order. ALWAYS an issue at restaurants, particularly fast-food places, they were a pleasure to deal with about it.
