The experience was adequate. It's mediocre food moderately fast. I'm not into fast food so I may not be the best person to rate it. My server was kind and courteous. I was rushed and the food satisfied my hunger in an overly greasy kinda way. So it is what it is.

They were out of red bull and could not make the two slushies I ordered. When I told the manager I wanted a refund on the drinks, she said I had to go through the app support, as I had ordered through the app. When I tried a cold french fry and decided to return everything, she would not take the food. The 3 Large fries all being cold sucked, but the disgusting brown on the cheese of my two (surprisingly hot) grilled cheeses turned me off of my whole meal. She said the food was cold because I had ordered ahead on the app (never mind the ‘check in’ feature I guess, just cook it when the order is placed). How I ordered it 15 minutes before I got there, checked in, and waited 15 minutes more for my food is beyond me because according to the manager it was done 30 minutes ago. The manager never even offered to remake the food, just an empty apology and excuses due to being short staffed. The customer support for a refund through the app was almost as atrocious as the food. Would not refund me anything except the missing redbulls. Instead, telling me to go ask the manager to remake the food. I’ve been coming here 20 years, won’t ever go back again!

I waited at the drive in portion for 20 minutes then had to go through the drive thru as I seen everyone was getting their food before me. When I got my food the chicken sandwich tasted stale and old, and the tater tots were almost cold. This was during lunch..

This place need to shutdown. You go and waste your time. They never take orders since they dont have peoplr who works.Shame and disappointment.Shoud be closed and shut down and not take a space in SUWANEE!!!!!

i’ve never had an issue here (besides them sometimes giving me too much milkshake lol)! i love coming here when alone and bored and the food is always so comforting and yummy and most importantly affordable! my comfort place tbh

The lady that brought me the food was extremely friendly and nice. It took 30 minutes to get me three chicken fingers and a side of pickle fries. The pickle fries were soggy and you could break a window with the chicken fingers. I asked for a replacement because they were so burnt, and when I opened up one of the “ Chicken Fingers” It had no chicken in it. It looks like they made me batter patties and sent them out. There was one piece of chicken out of the three, it was super small and undercooked. I ordered a cranberry limeade, and they brought me a cranberry Sprite. I will never come back here. They probably serve better food in jail.

Greatness

I placed an order via the app dtd -19 December 2023. My first issue is having to wait at the drive thru speaker for an excessive amount of time. I was asked to hold before my order was taken although I placed my order via the app, I only had to tell the person working the drive through my name but I was asked to hold. I understand other customers maybe at the stall; however, several minutes is too long. This has happened more than once.I finally received my order and I was highly disappointed. I have no issue with paying for what I get but don’t skimp me and take my money. The prices have escalated and to pay $6.00 and get this is cramp. I ordered a large chili cheese fry and I could see the bottom of the tray. I took the picture before I pulled off. I asked for my receipt so that I could report this. I feel ripped off.Lastly, asking to report an issue with sonics fall on deaf ears as managers make excuses and refuse to deal with issues appropriately.
