This location has been my favorite since moving to Suwanee, 8 years ago. The community has always been great. Things were shaken up tremendously by covid. Regulars no longer came, and the entire staff changed. Being a creature of habit and routine, certain change is tough for me, BUT the current manager is AWESOME and I make this claim, based on how amazing her team is. In the service industry, I always feel that the employees reflect their management! Shouts out to them all, and thank you all for your outstanding service, great smiles, and positive energy!

Customer service at this location is terrible. Asked to sub a different drink since first drink was terrible. Older ladies speaking under their breath amongst each other about me right in front of my face. It seems like the seasoned workers need to be trained on their professionalism/ customer service skills. If they do not like serving customers maybe they should think about another profession that isn’t customer facing !

Shoutout to the Starbucks barista that helped me tonight, I wish I got her name! I always order an iced chai latte but recently ordered a hot one for my friend. Not realizing that, I accidentally ordered a hot one. When I told the barista I ordered iced, she didn’t even hesitate to make it the way I wanted, knowing that I was most likely in the wrong! Overall, this Starbucks location always makes my drinks perfectly. Even when they’re super busy, the staff gets everyone’s orders made efficiently without sacrificing the quality. Highly recommend going here!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options

My girlfriend ordered a glass of water for nearly $10, but was not served well. The attitude of the employee at the counter who gave water to customers was very bad and seemed to look down on and discriminate against Asians. The lady waiter also talk with my friend will never do it for the next time. Why she has attitude with the customer like this? The lady waiter only take the order and follow the recipe but why she has attitude too bad?

Coffee wasn't that hot. Lots of people working only one person making coffee drinks.. Waited a long time for hot chocolate. Also not very many plug in spots for people who want to work..
