I have gone 2 days in a row to this Starbucks because it’s the area I’ve been in. I got an iced white mocha the first day and a hot white mocha the second day. Both were terrible. I’m not sure if it’s the machines or how they are trained to make the coffee, but it just tasted like bitter water.The baristas are super nice and friendly and the store is clean, I just don’t know why the drinks aren’t good.

First time I’m ever told to not go thru the drive thru after a mobile order to wait 10 min in advance. That I should had ordered on the drive thru instead. Im sorry I was at main event and it was very cold and needed something warm!

The young girl that took our order kept saying ooookkkkayy after everything we said. It sounded so passive aggressive and rude. Not sure if she knows how bad it comes off, but the other people ordering said it was annoying them too and they never come to this Starbucks. She also made sure to finish her conversation with her friend before even acknowledging us after we said hello. The previous time I came here someone in the drive through was yelling at this same girl. Now I see why.

To spend 15 minutes in the drive-through with three cars ahead of you is horrible. And then, when you get to the window to pay, the girl has a miserable attitude. Ordered a hot croissant by the time I got to the window it was almost frozen again.

Associate Emily was very eager to take my order and was equally eager to give me another customer's order. I had to call when I realized the issue. I was advised I could go to any location to have this corrected. Another store location made the correct drink for me in no time. This was This was a major inconvenience.

the employee named Celine is not fit to be a manager and she escalated a situation and had a very bad attitude. getting starbucks is a treat and most times for me a luxury, but i want to receive what i ordered and have an experience with another person who will treat me kindly not like im a burden for wanting to get the correct coffee. very disappointed at the experience I had here.
