I got a mango refresher for my daughter and the woman behind the counter was very cheerful and full of light and answered all my questions and the woman making my drink was making small talk with me very professional young ladies and very niceKid-friendliness: They gave my daughter a sticker and they were just super friendly

Very disrespectful guy's that worked the closing shift especially the kid that has brown curly hair. If you're going to work at a job that has to do with customer service you should at least be kind and not rudely say "here you go" and laugh at me and my family member when we get our drink. Then be so disrespectful when we just ask for a fucken straw. If you don't want to deal with customers find a different job simple as that.

Attitude of baristas is uplifting and I have never seen a starbucks in target that is as decorated and welcoming as this one is. I come here decently because the starbucks in front of target is always closed and this one even has had items that most starbucks stores were out of this summer. I’ve even tried drinks that one of the baristas suggested and they were awesome!

Barista at the register is not so welcoming!! having good chats/laughs instead of attending customers. Thoughts/Feedback form asks you so many questions - like greeting \\u0026 customer service etc but none of the barista’s demonstrated what’s on the feedback form. And not scanning Starbucks rewards??

Starbucks is located within Target which is super convenient. I like grabbing a coffee before I start my shopping and this is the perfect spot to do so. The service is solid and quick. They also offer pastries but I usually pass on those. What I do like are the mugs and cups for sale, which are usually marked down at this location.

They gave me the wrong drink and insisted it was what I ordered. Finally the girl admitted she was out of the white chocolate so she had used something else, but it should taste almost the same. It did not taste the same. When I asked for my money back she said I needed a receipt, but she hadn't given me a receipt. She had made the drink three minutes prior, but insisted I needed proof of purchase for a refund.

So I ask for a unique frappe that the barista has never tried before and while I was waiting on it o saw her not fill up my cup all the way and then put the rest of the drink in to little shot glasses for them to try terrible service

I went in to get a coffee and asked for an added portion of sweetener. While making the coffee the barista asked me once more to confirm if I wanted the sweetener, I reassured her that the sweetener was absolutely vital. I payed, grabbed my coffee, thanked her, and left. Only to become wise to the fact that there was no sweetener in my coffee. I then returned and explained the situation to the same barista, she insisted that I never asked for sweetener. I told her I understand and I apologized for the inconvenience, but I really just wanted sweetener in my coffee. She then proceeded to pour some sweetener in a small cup and handed it to me. I'll spare you the melodramatic histrionics and cut straight to the point. The barista was rude to me, messed up my order, blamed me for it, and treated me like an inconvenience the entire time.

Barista at the register paused and exhaled after we placed our order stating she’d have to make more sweet cream therefore we had to wait longer. We agreed to wait, two minutes later this is what my ICCB that’s supposed to have sweet cream looked like. This is what my drink looked like, hopefully the barista will learn to appreciate her job and do things with a better attitude when as a consumer you pay for things to be right. Pictures show how poorly my drink was prepared. Also, remember if you’re not in the mood to take good care of customers, take a break or go home for the day don’t take our your poor attitude on your customers who are the reason why you have a job.
