Love Taco Mac for the food and sports atmosphere. Food was good today, as per usual but this was our least favorite dining experience ever at a Taco Mac. Had to ask, after 10 minutes, if we had a server for our table or not. Went sort of downhill from there. At the end, after a pricing mistake on the bill, asked for a manager. Manager responsive to polite critical feedback and did adjust what we thought was an error on their part. Just not a good day for our server (with us anyhow).

I’ve never really enjoyed my time at this taco Mac. The service has always been kinda bad and the food is just meh. Kinda makes me feel sick.

We went in and ordered take out after five hours of driving, I had gotten the shrimp tacos and my boyfriend got the quesadillas with two orders of fries, Pretty simple order if you ask me. People who ordered after us received their order quickly. For us after 30 minutes of waiting, we ONLY got the quesadillas and the fries, no tacos. The little girl. Sadly didn’t get her name but she had brownish red hair at the hostess stand seemed a bit irritated after we had came back in and re ordered, as if it was an inconvenience to her to do her job correctly. Asking us if we wanted to “re ring the food” which was NEVER rang in the first place. As of right now it’s been another 40 minutes we’ve waited for these tacos. As someone who has previously had years and years of restaurant experience please invest in better employees and maybe train them accordingly so that they’re able to give customers a worth coming back to experience at your establishment. The actual bare minimum. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Sometimes the atmosphere can make up for subpar food and this was one of those times. An amazing bartender with super personality that makes great drinks is all that matters. I came in on a Saturday at 1pm. I don't know her name but she is amazing.
