First, my husband and I have been to Umaido several times and LOVED every experience and customer service. However, tonight it has changed slightly as his chicken was undercooked and he now has food poisoning. This is not meant out of anger. However, if there are new staff in the kitchen, please ensure the meat is cooked to the correct temperature.

Umaido serves good ramen ?. I and my wife stopped by for lunch and we enjoyed our food. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen while my wife got the Shrimp Roll. The ramen’s broth was good but I felt it lacked the consistency to make it feel rich and full in the mouth. My wife liked her Shrimp Roll. On the whole, we’re likely to return again.

To be honest, it was more than 10 years ago, so I honestly don't remember the exact taste, but I used to drive dozens of kilometers from midtown to go there, so the taste may be different from Japanese ramen, but in Atlanta, Descent... I remember it being a ramen shop.
Always love a good bowl of Ramen spicy level 1 at Umaido. Also get a little extra pork as well. I wish I could have it more often.
