This is my favorite fast food restaurant to dine-in. The food is always great, and the service is exceptional. When you order they actually bring the food to your table. The atmosphere reminds me of a diner.

I have never posted any negative reviews on DQ here in Swainsboro, GA but today was the worst experience I've had at any DQ. 1st I had to wait in line for 20 minutes (drive-thru) no one in front of me. They will lose me as a customer, this is not the 1st time I've been disappointed in them, the new workers are so lazy and slow. BAD REVIEW!!!! 3 cars left that were behind me, they were tired of waiting. No straw or napkins!

Expensive Melted ice creamWe ordered ice cream sundaes & blizzards. Cars of people in front of us got food, we waited a long time behind them. The DQ workers made our ice creams right after we ordered them instead of waiting to make them fresh and not melted. When we finally pulled up to the window they were already melted.
I love coming here! I get Mocha moo lattes when I come here and sometimes a M&M blizzard! I come here with my youth group sometimes and it's really fun. Parking is good I haven't noticed us not being able to park before. It's not always clean but I don't blame the employees I work for a food prep business and it's not always the cleanest thing, but it never gets to a point that I don't want to go there bc it's not clean.
Walked in at 8:30pm and we were informed that we would not be able to eat inside because they closed at 9pm. The girl at the counter was extremely rude, it was only my husband and myself it wasn't like we had 10 people. Without customers there would be no need for her or any others working there. Customer service is definitely lacking for the young counter girl.

People on their phones, no one spoke to me, Just handed me the food and left. Chicken tenders were so small. Fries were barely there and just I'm general everything was messed up.
I wonder sometimes if the even Leason to order. Or just can't hear. They act like their doing you the biggest favor to take and fill your order. Then they leave off stuff, or get it wrong, even if it's a meal on the board. Etc.

Piss poor service. Ordered a simple dipped cone and peanut buster parfait and it took forever to get in my order, let alone to get my food. Piss poor management here, no organization and seems like complete and utter chaos. Corporate obviously needs to step in and evaluate this location considering this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with awful service from this location before. Several employees have had bad attitudes in the past and a rude demeanor.

Wanted a blizzard with my meal and they wanted to argue with me saying I couldn't have it the way I asked. All I wanted was a small blizzard instead of the drink (soda) that came with the meal. I will never patronize this business ever again.
