McDonald's was packed and I was in town for work and saw that Hardee's wasn't busy. Now I know why. The coffee was ice cold and $3. No one knew how to do a refund. The employees were clueless. A female employee nuked the coffee but it was still cold. What establishment that serves breakfast doesn't keep the coffee hot and constant ?! This one. It's shabby, old, rundown and clearly not even the "manager" cares when I called later on. Steer clear. Ewwwww!

Today 10-27-23 I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 mins. Then when I get to the window my food wasn’t done!!!! This will be the last time I come to this Hardee’s. The team members are rude 98% of the time. Let’s see how long I have to wait for my food.

The time online said they opened at 5:00 it’s 5:15 and they still are not open lights on inside store and outside the store.They didn’t take my order till 5:22 then had the nerve to have an attitude, food was ok customer service sucks.Called the store while waiting in line, they informed me that they we’re waiting on the manager and don’t know when he was coming that’s all they could tell me. The restaurant was clean and food was good. We appreciated the counter person bringing our food to the table. We could tell the recently got a new Manager. Attitudes from previous visits were more negative and not really being a team player. You could see the improvement.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair but it would be nice to see automatic doors available for those that are. Doors are heavy and awkward when you're in a wheelchair or even using a walker or cane
