BEWARE!!!!!! This happened at 12:20 pm on SATURDAY APRIL 27th 2024;Y'all I saw with my own eyes an employee go to the bathroom in the stall next to me and then walk straight out of the women’s bathroom without washing her hands. She hurried from her stall to the door because she thought I wasn’t going to come out of my stall in time to see her not wash her hands! She was a white woman about 5 foot 10 inches, with blonde hair pulled back into a bun through her black zaxbys hat. After I washed my hands, I went out to look and see where she was in case she could’ve just been a customer but Lo and behold the same woman is behind the food counter! She looked to be in her late 30’s and had heavily drawn on mauve pink lipstick. Im positive of what I saw!! We were in line and I told my mom let’s get out of here! We went to stockyard instead which was way nicer!!!! Zaxbys roll back the cameras!!! I was in black leggings and a light grey tank top with long light brown hair. The fried shrimp was highly overrated. I would definitely not recommend ordering shrimp from a chicken joint. Don't expect your food to be taken out to your vehicle for curbside pick up. It'll be inside sitting on the counter. FYI.

Food is good. I haven’t had a wrong order yet. Can get really busy sometimes with a line wrapped around the building, but I suppose that just shows how good the place is. People are willing to wait for it. Personally I like this place, but not that much. I order here during the slower times of the day.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, specifically a young lady with glasses, didn’t catch her name. She took our order, was so sweet and helpful, I also saw her cleaning up the drink station area. The restaurant was clean, food was fantastic, and service was truly how you’d want it to be any time you go anywhere. Highly recommend!

The young lady that took my order was named meilysha. I could be spelly that wrong. She is the most pleasant person I have EVER encountered in any fast food restaurant. I am over 50 so I've had many experiences at these eating establishments. She was very busy but managed to serve everybody with pure pleasure and a big smile on her face. If I still owned a restaurant, I would have offered her a job right then. She is an example of what customer service should be. Great job for hiring her. You better keep her because wherever she goes, she will definitely be an asset!

It's a little messy but I still like coming here (a little mess and craziness has never scared me off before). I actually really like Zaxby's food, I like the salad and am perfectly happy to grab some chicken fingers. Parking is good and accessible. I also have a weird obsession with the zax sauce... weird?

The chicken and fries are well worth your money. The funnel cake on the other hand didn't quite live up to the expectation. The workers were very nice and helpful, but it was a little cold in there as well.
