Had to pull forward to wait for fries. 18 minutes later went inside after watching many other orders go out. No one on register. Yelled to the back where multiple employees standing. Finally got my order and left. Fries ice cold . Nuggets cold and rubbery. Big Mac cold and had a metallic taste. Waited total 25 minutes, spent 17bucks for food that was inedible. Save your Cash! Get a sandwich at the gas station. I threw the garbage from this McD where it belonged.

Stopped by the McDonald’s in Sylvania after work yesterday while waiting on my order I witnessed a young lady that worked there come back from the bathroom got behind the register she then proceeded to unzip her pants and stick her hand down her pants I don’t know exactly why she done that but whatever she was doing should have been done in the privacy of the bathroom it was disgusting to watch the sad part is she knew I saw her and she didn’t stop me and my family will not eat there again some stuff you just can’t unsee and that’s one of them

I went to drive thru. Everything was fine. The young lady who waited on me was very nice and did her job well. The thing I disliked that 2 double cheese burgers, a small spirit and small shake came to almost $20!!. Only 2 cheap (were dollar menu burgers not long ago) burgers and 2 small drinks...UNBELIEVABLE!! For real it was $19.38. I just got some change (coins) back out of a $20 dollar bill. That's why I'm done with them ?.Vegetarian options: They probably have some good foods for you as long as you have a FAT wallet.Kid-friendliness: Kids love them and they love Kids. Because Kids don't know about the cost vs value yet and they shouldn't, let them be Kids as long as possible.Wheelchair accessibility: They keep up the front that they care about the customers. So they are compliant with all disabled regulations. They have good access for wheelchairs.

Your workers should be wearing something to contain sweat and snot or learn to change gloves cause I stood there watching a worker constantly wiping their head, side of face and nose with gloved hands while preparing the food, putting burgers together, etc not one time were gloves changed afterward.

There is usually a wait even when you placed your order through the app. I would give more stars but my son had to use the womens bathroom bc the mens bathroom was very dirty (poop in the urinal and toilet dirty).Parking: There is plenty of parking on both sides of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible entrances, bathrooms, and tables.

Staff is rarely nice and orders are often wrong The manager was so rude, rolling her eyes at me for changing an order that we will NEVER go back. Why is it any other fast food place/restaurant nearby has good customer service and correct orders? This place needs staff with some basic understanding of customer service. Not many fast food places in Sylvania Ga but we will never give them another penny. Good riddance.
I confused myself with an order and needed an extra fry. Heather was so nice and helped me promptly and was very polite. If she is the manager I think Sylvania Mickey D’s will see a change for much better!
