Placed an order on the app at this location around 6:54 PM and the estimated time for the order to be finish was 7:10 pm. Got there 12 minutes after 7 and noticed there was a bunch of adolescent kids inside the franchise/establishment. No more than 17 or 18 years of age. If I had paid money for the quality of work that was handed to me I would’ve been even more pissed than I am now. But thank god I only used my points. I still consider it to be a waste of my points because it takes a while for you to build them up. I really think we need to force an age requirement to work in restaurants ,because hiring only the young who really don’t care about values and etc is ridiculous.

I don't mind take-out, but I don't feel comfortable dining here. The food is good but the service is not so much. The staff was all out in the dining area talking loud and using not so great language. It took me a minute to realize that they all worked there. Also, we never got any refills on our drinks.

10/21/23...Tonight was the worst of the worst, when I arrived to pickup my order; I see kids...yes kids working in the kitchen, the managers kids at that; talking bout she was feeling well an that they was gonna have to close early an I still had to wait for my food; several other customers were called due to order weren't getting prepared cause of the early closure smhd.... Sylvania Pizza Hut needs to just close up shop cause obviously they can't keep people working there..... Well guess from here on I'll have to go to statesboro for a good fresh pizza

I was a worker here, worst business I've ever worked for, wrongfully fired me, didn't get paid for 5 months of management work made minimum wage and when they finally gave me my raise I was wrongfully fired which I have proof they hire underage employees and force you to do work that is not related to the store and have yet to pay me my last pay check I was an amazing worker and anyone who worked with me and even customers can back this up and now I'm struggling to find a job in this small town I can't believe they keep getting away with this I'm not the first person this has happened to here and won't be the last !

I got stuffed crust which I love. However, I wish it came in a medium size crust. I can remember in the 80's we got pizza with extra cheese and it came with amazing cheese. Lovely cheese pull when serving and taking a bite. You can't get pizza like that anymore.
Every time I come here to get food I'm satisfied. I have not had 1 complaint since eating here. On a scale from 1-10 I rate this place a 10. Friendly employees, fast service, good looking food, delicious pizzas!

Used to be great but now not so much. Delivery is hit or miss, nobody up there seems to know what's going on and the communication sucks. They will however try to fix their mistakes so I can give them that much credit.
