We always eat catfish and it is delicious! We were told by another restaurant owner/manager that next time we went to Riverbend to try the steaks. Last night we both ordered steaks and were we surprised, very good, cooked just right, yummy!

This place is surprisingly efficient. We went there at 4:45 and there had to be 50 people ahead of us. When the door opened at 5, there were an additional 40 people behind us. We were ALL able to get a table, and within 30 or so minutes, everyone was eating. We were leaving around 6. The staff was very polite. Just keep on mind that they had about 100 people all sit down at once. You'll get more meat if you order the catfish filets, but they're a little more expensive. I was told that the line was like that every night. I will go back again and I live an hour away.

The food was good, even though my cod was a little overcooked and a bit too hard.The owner was phenomenal, though, and talked to us quite a bit, which was great! Super kind and friendly people!! Our waitress seemed like she had a lot on her hands and forgot our rolls and who order what. But that was ok, and I would still say it's a great place to eat! The river views were absolutely stunning!Will definitely come back when in Georgia again!

We drove 50 miles to eat here , we ordered seafood platter for my husband and catfish fillets for me We didn't realize everything was fried and tasted like frozen food . It was a nice ride and the view we had was pretty but we were sick for 2 days after and we won't do that again and we paid over 70.00 for the 2 of us. Such a disappointment

Very friendly, family atmosphere. The employees were very warm and friendly! The entire place had an at home feel to it. The food was incredible. It has been a long time since I've had a restaurant give me that home cooked meal feel to it. This was just like I remembered from being a kid!!! WONDERFUL experiance.
