Stepping into 'The Plaza' is like stepping back in time. (In the best ways possible!) Everything was FANTASTIC! The ambience, the service, and of course the food! I am already planning on going back! When in Thomasville, you CANNOT miss on this place!

Excellent place to visit! Everything is very good.
This place is great. Good selection on their menu for whatever you might be hungry for. We met some locals there who go 2-3 times a week. It's really good. The people are very friendly. The service was great.

I am really looking forward in sharing my wife's and myself experience at this restaurant. It appears that this restaurant has earned its reputation as we have become regular customers. The menu is well balanced, pleasing, and very satisfying. Special accomodations are provided along with well trained and competent staff. Altogether, bravo! Job well done.
THE OYSTERS GET NO STAR. They didn't make David sick. But, I poked one of those suckers and it did not "dimple." They were dead. Two Cosmos were good for me. Two tolerable Matinis probably saved David from the oysters. We ordered shrimp & calf liver at The Plaza, to go, as well. The Plaza is a way back trip to a 60s clubish set. Shrimp good. Liver: better eaten in the restaurant fresh served. I'm sure. A fun place to see a high-class hash house and smoky (smoke-free) bar full of furtive conversations.

Really disappointed with tonight's visit. Unfortunately (after this visit and reading the responses left by the owner to other customers who have low reviews) i will not be able to support this business ever again. Part of being a business owner is being able to take constructive criticism and apply it to better your business. It is clear this is not the case though. I hope this owner changes his attitude and business practices before the "oldest restaurant in Georgia" is no more.

We frequent this restaurant, and tonight was just horrible. First off, the waitress (Kelly) had an attitude the entire night and was stuck up. Acted like she didn't want to be there and had terrible customer service. She also kept reaching over our food.Second off, the food tasted horrible..asked for a medium burger and got well done. Both the hamburger steak and cheeseburgers had no seasoning. The manager did apologize and credit the hamburger steak. The manager was very apologetic and did offer free desserts.When the waitress ( Kelly) brought us the check, there were remnants of food and sticky substances all over the checkbook.Passed Visits have been phenomenal. This visit, however was less than mediocre .We drove over an hour to specifically come here to eat and I highly doubt we'll come back again due to this server.
