Since this place does a decent job in a small town, it outlasts and out performs other places that have tried to get a foothold. But perhaps because it doesn't have meaningful competition, it's not excellent. It's friendly and comfortable and efficient. The food isn't very healthy or fresh. The place doesn't have a focus on being spotlessly clean. Huge menu of things for everyone. Nice enough staff.
Quite enjoyed this place. Service was a little slow even while there was only a few customers. It's an awesome little place in a great location with some incredible food. Take a detour from the interstate if you're hungry and check this place out!!!

Went to Hogie Joe's for the first time tonight. I had a hankerin' for a burger - I wasn't disappointed. My wife had the Georgia burger with sweet potato waffle fries and I had the double cheeseburger (I had bacon added) and onion rings. Everything was fantastic and the price wasn't bad. Oh, and my Shiner-Boch had ice crystals floating in it - heavenly!
