One of the worst Taco Bell’s around, basically mirrors the other fast food restaurants in Thomson. They stand and watch you while you use a kiosk instead of taking your order. This is understandable during busy times. Skip this exit and continue to Grovetown. (It pains me to say that) but it’s the truth.

They would be a good place to eat but they are highly over priced ,They say they do not sale chicken tacos so they have to charge a subsitute charge $1.99 for swapping chicken for beef. So a plain chicken taco cost $4 ea. They are good but you can not eat there for under $20. I would eat there more often but they overcharge and rip their costomers off! Instead of having reasonable prices and saleing more they insult their customers with there prices and so customers come once every couple of months instead of 2 or 3 times a week! I do not recommend Taco Bell, because they highly overcharge! You can eat at Red Lobster or fancy resturaunt. Yes, they have forgoten they are a fast food resturant that has good affordable food. Every person should stop going to TACO BELL and refuse to pay their extravagant prices, until they stop charging 3 times what they should. They have to make a profit I fully understand but we should boycott them until they get reasonable!!!!! If we the customers stop overpaying them they will adjust their prices or shutdown!!!!

After it costed over $30 for just the two of us to eat we didn't even get all of our food. After we had to come from the drivethrough into the store The 2 cashiers were rude about it, never apologized and had NO sense of customer service. We will never come here again. The food was too greasy and the Dr. Pepper was almost clear and tasted like c02. Wish 0⃣ stars was a possible rating.

Asked for a naked chicken mild was told to pull up and wait. When I got home with my food find out it was spicy after I bite into it my mouth was burning. I didn't give one star just for this I've had a few things go wrong with them in the past mostly at night.Ordered again the hard tacos are soft and have a nasty taste to it. It was the old lettuce of it. Will not be back again.

While I have a massive soft spot for Taco Bell, my expectations are usually pretty low. You can imagine my surprise when, after a stretch of highway with no immediate stores which nearly led to my car (and stomach) running empty, while on a quick work trip, I found an excellent Taco Bell. The interior was clean and bright, including the restroom. The staff were extremely courteous and seemed to be having a great time. It was hard not to smile :)The food itself really hit the spot and was served quickly. It's a shame I don't live closer, otherwise I'd be a regular at this spot!
