Been to many of these, and this one was damn good. Decided to break away from my usual wings and try their burgers. Man, they did not disappoint. The Triple Bacon cheeseburger was awesome, as were the fries and rings. Thanks for a great lunch guys!!
I would give this place less than one star if it allowed it. We were promptly sat. But then we sat for about 15 mins before our server (who walked past us 5-6 times) actually spoke to us. We ordered our drinks and food together. (2 adults and one child). She never brought our drinks and started busting tables. She dropped at whole tray of food while doing so and never cleaned it up the entire time we were there. I ended up getting up and going to get our drinks from the bar. Not to mention, She would initially walk around the restaurant to avoid walking by our table. She brought a portion of our food after waiting another 30 mins. I had to ask for the rest of our food. All of our wings were cold and hard. We also had to wave our drinks around in the air to be refilled. Oh and we also had to ask for napkins and silverware at a freaking restaurant! ??♀️? They clearly need to close this location after reading the reviews and having experienced it. We definitely wasted $70! And NO WE DID NOT TIP! Do better! This location is giving a TERRIBLE rep to all Buffalo Wild Wings!

Apparently short staffed!! Took the waitresses 30 min to get our drink order. Brought drinks out 20 min later. By that time I had already ordered online because service was taking way too long. When she was ready to take Our order I told her I had already ordered online 30 minutes ago. That still took her 20 min to bring food out. So there was really no point on ordering online. By that time by kids were already starving and did not complain about eating cold hard wings. Planning on spending my $130 elsewhere next time.

Stopped in to have dinner with my family. Guy came up.to front and printed some receipts and completely disregarded our presence. Finally we were seated and waited nearly 10 minutes for a high chair. We left based on the crappy experience thus far. They srill.havemt got good service there.

I am so disappointed! In the mood for wings and since the nane has wings in it I figured they have to good wings here. Disgusted. Al the food was just frozen and thrown in a fryer hrtible fries sucked . Sucks!?

Walked in to place a to go order. Waited about 5-10 min before being served. Food came out long after the 10-15 min expectation from server. While checking food in the car long and behold we were given 9 instead of 10 wings. The Swiss mushroom burger box was filled with grease at the bottom of the burger and the fries were not hot or warm. They tasted old. Went back to request the additional wing. We literally got our missing wing and nothing more for the inconvenience. New fries received were fried hard and too salty. Would never visit this establishment again.

We were a party of 5. We were there for 30 minutes before we got drink orders. The mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them so we sent those back told them to take them off the bill. 2 entree’s came out and it was another 30 mins and asked where the rest was. Oh you haven’t gotten your meal? Um no. So another 15 minutes here they come. They were thrown together sent back and requested to speak with the Manager. He was in the kitchen on the line. We asked several times and he was too busy. So Tyree was the manager on duty and refused to try and make this situation right. We have eaten here a lot but this was the absolute worst service ever. Our server was so worried about her big party but her loss because we are big tippers. Never going back here!
Waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our table asked if we had a server after another 10 minutes another person assisted us and got our drink order after around 30ish minutes our appetizers came out well about half of it the sampler the nachos didn’t have topping got a few like (3) wings and then only half our table got their food order after we asked about the food it finally arrived cold and hardly any fries we asked for the manager after 20 minutes we asked for him again and were told he was too busy to speak to customers he had to cook the manager on duty was Tyree after another 20 minutes we paid and left. Horrible experience would definitely not recommend.

Got here at 10:30pm, sat at bar so long we ended up placing our order online because nobody would take our order. Finally got our food over an hour later and it was cold. Ordered dessert and it took an hour to get it. Maybe my expectations are too high, but when you pay $100 for two people to eat that you could at least get warm food.
