I ordered a #8 which was a chicken sandwich combo, it was old and hard, i couldn't eat it, the bad part about it was that the manger Marcus fixed it, I drive a semi ao I had to walk up to the pickup window, he told me i had to go through the drive thru, i told him i couldn't, the worst customer service i have ever

Food is still good but the automated drive thru is very poor. Long wait time to order and long lines since other drive thru is now only for app order pickup. I do not care for automated order process.
