Myself and my wife have ordered either online or thru the app numerous times over the years....including tonight. We have never had a serious issue with our order, minus maybe a 10 minute or so delay due to order traffic. I highly recommend the Tifton store on 8th St, they've never done us wrong.
I called on 2-20-2024 before 7pm and placed a delivery order. I was told my order would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. I called back at 8pm because I still didn't have my food. The guy that answered must have realized something was wrong so he told me they had just walked out the door with my order. After over 10 minutes I called back and told them I'm coming to get a refund. When I arrived they found out that my order to my neighbor across the street. I ordered delivery because I didn't feel well and didn't want to drive. I was eventually given my money back but this was such an inconvenience because not only did I now have to go get my money back for food that I waited an hour and a half for I then had to go somewhere else to get something to eat. I also got no apology and they acted like it was my fault.

I sat outside dominos #5779 while I waited I watched through the window. There were 9 employees and no telling how many were out on a delivery. I want to say as I watched for the minutes I was waiting every employees was working doing something! There was a variety in age. Everyone seem to get along and seemed happy to serve and do their job! I am very impressed. I thought to myself they must do good by their employees because now days u don’t see this in an atmosphere. Dominos 5779 whatever dominos/your GM is doing, shows in their employees.
