Stopped at Elianos on our way to TN. We had several stops to make before we hit the road: coffee, breakfast and gas. We saw online that they didn’t open until 6:30, so we drove towards the gas station first. At 6:15, we drove past Elianos and saw the “open” sign illuminated. Whipped in the parking lot and thought we would get coffee first. Nope, two employees stared at their watches and did not address us sitting there for 15 minutes. At 6:30, someone opened the window. When I said “why are your open signs on?” The employee responded “we can’t turn them off”. …what? They look like they plug into the wall. This was horrible service to just ignore us sitting there. No one even bothered to open the sliding door to explain this.Icing on the cake was a lukewarm latte.

I got a cold brew with cold foam and it doesn’t even taste like coffee at all. It tastes like it’s just milk and cold foam. I was expecting a good bit of coffee and cold foam not any extra added milk.

This was THE WORST dirty chi I've ever had in my life! It was gritty, I guess it wasn't mixed properly....It looked horrible and tasted worse!!!

I love finding new coffee shops, and the fact that this one is a drive-thru is such a plus! The coffee is great, food tastes fresh and homemade, pricing is very reasonable, and the service was incredible. The staff is so patient and kind. I visited while traveling back to GA from Florida, and I wish I had a location closer to me! Thank you Ellianos team!
