Went in last night expecting a romantic evening with my girlfriend. We ordered 2 drinks and asked for a double on each drink since we were celebrating a special occasion. The drinks came and tasted like syrup! We sat upstairs and not sure who made the drinks. We told the waitress we were not happy with the drinks. She said, “oh I’m sorry, can I take your order! We politely said no, we will take our check. Never did she ask can she re make the drinks or compensate us in anyway. I was not looking for something for free. Well, we paid the 50.00 and left. Luckily we did! We walked around the corner to a wing place (Wing Addiction) that was not in the same league as the restaurant as far as atmosphere. What we got were the best wings ever and service to match! The Italian restaurant needs to recruit their employees from Wing Addiction or at least a page from their handbook on customer relations!

This is a lovely place. All the youngsters working are cheerful and happy and helpful. The only thing missing is the food.To be fair, the Fragola salad was outstanding. The lasagne was acceptable, but the pomodoro was thin and watery. The involtini was near inedible. Two chunky half chicken breasts that had been so overcooked they threatened to become molar glue, swimming in another watery thin sauce with barely any flavor. Very disappointing meal.

Sadly, the food is hit or miss. The service is adequate, but unfortunately shares the same fate as the food: nothing special. I tried my friend's chicken alfredo, which consisted of a bowl of dry fettuccine alfredo topped with a small juicy chicken breast. The chicken was great. The pasta... was not. It never seems to successfully justify the high prices. I had two beers & the calamari appetizer. My bill was $49. You read that right. Forty-nine dollars.

We visited your restaurant tonight, for an early Valentine dinner. Needless to say, it was an expensive disappointment!! We had reservations at 7p, had to wait almost 45 minutes before being seated; because the Hostess sat walk-ins prior to those with Reservations; you were out of Salmon so I ordered Shrimp Scampi as an alternative, BIG MISTAKE!! NO WHERE on the menu did it indicate that this was a spicy dish. I took ONE bite & was unable to eat any more due to the extreme spiciness of it. My husband’s ribeye was almost too tough for him to eat. We told the waitress we were dissatisfied & even spoke to the on-duty manager. At NO time did either offer to remake the dish, offer a discount or to remove the dish from our ticket. That was the most expensive bite of food I’ve EVER had!!! This was our second disappointed visit, in a row, needless to say, we will not be returning. You REALLY need to work on your Customer Service skills!!! The lack of is the worst!!!

Food was great but service made the experience awful. Took forever to get waited on. The Lady would not speak up so the 5 of us could hear her. Had to track her down to get drink refills and to get our checkParking: Limited number of spots when they are busy due to the apartments on the other side of the building

Place is very chic. Service was great. Giving it four stars because despite ordering the drinks, appetizers and food immediately, the food took over 50mns to come. Heck it came at same time as dessert. The waitress apologized for the delay. Other than that, everything else was great. Food was tasty and good portions. Staff was courteous. Will definitely go there again.
