“The food was really good! It's a rather decent snack place that my family and I enjoyed. I had the Churros with Ice Cream which was delicious! The staff was really sweet and nice, however, it took a rather long time for our food to get to us despite the fact we were the only ones there. Another complaint of mine is seating! There was hardly any space at all to sit! I had to grab a chair from another table so I could sit and even then, some people had to stand. An overall decent experience, I enjoyed my food and had a nice time.“
“I went through the drive thru at 15 minutes until closing. Instead of having a "hurry to and get out" attitude, I was greeted by a friendly voice, and a recpmmendation for a different combo based on my order. When I got to the window, I was greeted with a warm smile. When I got my food, I was cautioned that the fries just came out of the grease and to be careful.Service like that makes me notice, but service like that at closing is even more impressive. “I will forever love dairy queen due to during the summer they have my favorite blizzard that they brought back from when I was growing up. The food is good but it's expensive, always has been. The only thing I go to dairy queen for is mainly the ice cream and for my cotton candy blizzard during the summer.“
“Ate here for the first time when I was in high school in 1990. Have loved it ever since. Sweet (not spicy) chili dogs, excellent burgers and chicken sandwiches. Wife likes the milkshakes. Would be nice if the picnic tables were washed off once in a while…. My only gripe. Can’t help the weather and for some reason the wind blows more here than anywhere else in Georgia. Great local place to eat.“
“The girls are usually very pleasant, but that manager is nasty and no help to them. He picks his nose sitting in that corner when inside. Disgusting. If I know he's actually inside working, I don't order food.Parking: That lot is full of holes, I hit one of the holes last year and had to get my front end realigned, $79, that manager needs to take care of that lot. I never see anyone cleaning it. The "district", manager needs to make sure this WHOLE LOT, gets redone. A lot of people say that's 1 reason they quit going there. That manager "Brian or Bryan, is a very poor manager, I worked FF management many years, and he is not a good manager at all. Those girls will be busy as heck and he just sits outside and smokes. This is ALL the time. The only reason I go there is some of the girls. The onion rings are great "when", they have them.“
“Wow. When I walked inside this building I was really amazed by the bricks, beams, high ceilings, and all the decorations. There is an area for some light boutique shopping and also a nice little adult sitting area that would be somewhat separated from a crowd.To the right at the top of the entrance you will find the Yellow Monkey area. You will begin by choosing your cup size and then which flavors of fro-yo you would like. Be warned though, especially with the children, the fuller the cup is the more it weighs and the more it weighs the more it will cost. I only say this as I did not realize that and my child's small cup was about $11 and he wasted most of it because there was just too much for him to eat. My friend's large polka-dot cup was around $20 and was full of different flavors and choice toppings.I took a look at the boutiques while I ate my very first ever fro-yo cup with a few toppings. The soaps were my favorite. Next time I plan to take a couple pictures of the boutiques so I can add that with the names of each. I thought the "warmer stuffed animals" were really cool. Not sure if any prices but you choose the stuffie and then you can warm it up in your microwave at home. There were also a ton of different freezed dried candy products, the one that stood out the most was the gummy worms. They were 100 times the size of a normal gummy worm.Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the Yellow Monkey and will absolutely be coming back and bringing family and friends.Enjoy!Parking: I would recommend using the parking lot right across the street. They are currently doing a few improvements on the sidewalk on Commerce Street (on the store front side) and it was easier for us to park and just go from there. It's wheelchair accessible so, no worries.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. There is a big Connect 4 game and a little area that would be perfect for kids to hang out. Big open areas. A chalk board. Would definitely be a really nice hangout or birthday party spot.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the building has 2 in/out type hinged doors that might be a little on the heavier sturdy side but should be able to handle going in and out.Now, I'm not in need of a wheelchair accessible entrance as for myself but I could imagine that the wheelchair ramp that is probably 3 or so feet from the door might be a little difficult to maneuver alone if you aren't a level 8 wheelchair driver. It is a little on the steep side of things but it's there to use so maybe it isn't that bad? Like I said, I am not claiming to be an expert or have any wheelchair experience.So, if anyone reads this, is an expert and could give your better opinion of this particular ramp, please do. I'm sure Google will love for you to do a review and let the folks know your opinion.“
