I had my heart set on a Big kahuna and when I pulled up everybody ran to the back and the door was locked. I checked the website for closing time before I left my house. I pulled and knocked on the door but nobody came back to the front. Very disappointing. I always come here. But not after this. It’s 8:47pm on a Friday.

Wow. We both ordered a steak and cheese (I can't remember the name of it) both were steaming hot, the bread was fresh and the vegetables were crispy. Everything we could visibility see was clean.

Totally nasty! The service was terrible, in addition I ordered sub number 26, They made me number 16. I ordered the hot sub, However, they put it on the grill cold. Very disappointed.

I’ve stopped at this Jersey Mike’s twice now while traveling through Georgia. I have food allergies and they are always fantastic at accommodating my needs. They even made sure to clean the grill for me. They are very friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

The manager Sierra is ridiculous! I came in during a lunch rush in she was working the slicer. I asked for a different cheese & meat for my sandwich, she said it would be a charge in I was okay with but she had an attitude about it for no reason. The young man that was dressed my sandwich was nice as well as the young lady cashed me out. When I was paying for my sandwich she yelled at the young lady to make sure she charged me for the extra meat & cheese. On other occasions I’ve witnessed her another male while they were smoking their vapes in the front of the store talk about other associates as well as customers. I’ve been here plenty of times when they were under different management with different workers in never had these issues.
Great authentic subs. Best bang for the buck. Nothing compares to their not only fresh ingredients, but high quality fresh ingredients. Service is quick and love the fact you can order, pay online and walk-in and pick your food up and walk right out without waiting a single second. And it's always clean and neat. When we drive for a vacation we are always looking for Jersey Mike's to stop and eat. The #13 Classical Italian is our favorite. You get what you pay for and more. I give it 5 stars and by far the best subs around. Roast Beef and provolone is also great.

Came into this jersey mikes at 8:20, was met by two staff members who told me they close at 9 but stop allowing people to eat in at 8. They still allowed us to eat there but we’re both extremely rude to the point that I nearly walked out. Sierra (one of the two staff members), was the rudest of the two; she rolled her eyes at me, sighed, and was very sarcastic. They ended up telling us twice that they don’t allow dine in past 8 for “future reference”. I am not usually one to go out of my way to leave a review, much less a negative review, but after I saw them be rude to the people behind me I thought it was necessary. Will not be back to the location.
