After reading so many terrible reviews I was so excited to see what a disaster this place would be. Truth is, our experience was great. We were greeted with a friendly smile, the restaurant was clean, our server was nice, our food and drinks were delicious. No complaints.

The menu says, "Ask about our craft beer selections". So I did. They didn't have any. So I asked for a Sam Adam's - they were out. So I asked for a Blue Moon - they were out. When I ordered the pulled pork dish, they said THEY WERE OUT! It's only 5:15, how can you be out so early in the dinner hour??? An hour and 15 minutes after entering the restaurant, the place was only 1/3 full, and we were still waiting for our food.........pick a different place.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have NEVER been to such a disorganized chaotic restaurant… and I managed Waffle Houses in Atlanta.First, we had about 40 minutes of a wait for 4 people but so many tables were open… okay so I thought maybe they’re short staffed. Brushed it off and enjoyed conversation with friends.So we sit down and Keelie is our server. She comes up and asks for drinks, they come out quickly. Said that she would give us a minute and then come back. She then went 3 feet over to the bar and got on her cell phone. We sat directly beside the server station and the bar. After 10 minutes of us staring at her and her looking back to us, she finally came over. We ordered apps- fried pickles and onion rings, and then asked about bread. She said it’s in the oven but she will bring some out. Then she went behind the bar to help the guy makes some drinks. Apps come out about 10 mins later, they were okay. She asked our order, we placed it, and then ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN minutes later they come out. We had two surf and turfs, a mushroom Swiss burger, and a steak. We wanted to enjoy adult beverages but she never came back to the table until after the food was out… another group of servers brought the dinners. Instead she was helping the bar or being on her phone.The burger came back cold and the bottom bun was so greasy it was grey and falling apart with mush. The “surf” crab cakes were fried like a puck and cold. The steak (by itself) took 15 mins to get their side (fries) and only after we asked about them again. One surf and turf never got their loaded mashed potatoes and the other one’s baked potato was so scorched on the bottom it was inedible. Oh… AND THE BREAD NEVER CAME.We asked for the check to be in two- one with surf and turf and the steak the other with surf and turf and the burger. They took off the burger completely since no bite was taken. Didn’t wanna wait on anything else. The other check asked for the upgraded side to be taken off, 5 mins later she comes back with just a duplicate check of the same thing with the side still on it. Oh, but they did half the check.. sorry but that should have had an apology or I don’t know maybe a manager should have come and spoke. But nothing, no remorse, just something to pacify the customer.On top of the horrible service and disgusting food, there was a server with a black and pink fohawk that screamed at someone from the server station “I don’t know what you want me to do!” And then talk very badly with another server about someone… like come on there’s less than 2 feet from the server’s station to the booth we were at.Needless to say, thank you to the fohawk girl and Keelie, we will NEVER be back to tifton’s logans. It was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant.Added a picture of the receipt at the attempt to “pacify a customer.”

the food is good , the ribeye was flavorful but if your demographic isn't aligned with the mass majority of this town you will feel and notice it in your service . i have ate here and watched tables around mine get refills, check up's while i am waiting for a refill. it is very possible my demographic doesn't tip well and that is why servers didn't treat me as they treat others but as a consumer that likes to tip well i believe in you should tip based of the service you receive. just because one set of people don't tip well doesnt justify you should treat a whole group that way . i tip 20% or more usually but leaving a 20% felt like an injustice to me for the service they gave me .

My husband and I just had lunch today and it was the best experience and food we have had in a steak house yet! Our waitresses Robyn was extremely personable and excellent at her job! The appetizer of fried pickles were the best I've had . They were lightly breaded so as not to be to much with the best ranch that was very fresh and tasty. The ribeye steaks were perfectly cooked to our expectations. The rolls were hot and soft and the baked potatoes were a good size and cooked perfectly. The cook & waitress deserve a gold star ? We will be back for many more date nights and lunches. Great job !
