I’m tired of this place. Today I was shorted a small order of fries and barbecue sauce. I had to go inside to get both items. That negates using the drive through. No apology. No nothing. This is common for this store. More times than not I get poor service and incomplete orders.

I order through DoorDash first and got my food. The kids meal was old, bread was hard as a rock. All the food was cold. I called n talk to manager n I went bk up there to get everything replaced. Got my food thinking ok everything fresh n good this time. Got home looked at the food. Not right and it look like they put a mcchicken on the hard bread n gave it bk to me. Need to change that grease for the fries. Call bk n no answer. ?♀️

Awesome job from this crew!!We rolled in late after the move conference in valdosta ga.. with 40 teenagers and these guys was on point!! Thank for all you guys did... this will be our spot from now on!??
The order was wrong, The lady at the first window was using her phone and extremely short with us. The lady at the second window was nice but after the third time explaining what was wrong and that I was allergic to cheese I was just ready to do without dinner.Dietary restrictions: After telling the person taking the order that I was allergic to cheese and dairy and placing an order asking for no cheese or mayo. I was given a hamburger with cheese. I explained again about my allergy and was asked to pull up and wait. After over 10 minutes I got my order without onions but still with cheese. I explained again that I was allergic and was told it would be a minute. After waiting ten more minutes in a parking spot we were told to pull into we left. Without the food. This was the second occasion that this kind of thing has happened at that location. I will avoid this store in the future.
