The milkshakes themselves are good, however the service was AWFUL.It took 45 minutes for 3 milkshakes, then 10 more minutes for the 2 they got wrong.The lady at the window acted like we did something wrong even though they messed up our order.Also? They read our order back to us and STILL got it wrong?I hope they get better management cause the current is awful if they’re allowing them to run the restaurant like that. Also? The people we had with us CURRENTLY WORKED CUSTOMER SERVICE! So we were attempting to give benefit of the doubt but still absolutely atrocious how rude they were.

My wife and I wanted some quick Sonic drinks before taking the kids to the playground. We tried going through the Sonic drive-thru first, but no one responded. I heard clicking from the headset, and some muffled laughter, and we left the drive-thru after a few minutes to try a parking spot. We ordered on the app—just two drinks—but they took a very long time to arrive. Apparently, our order had been skipped. And my wife's drink didn't have ice in it, but we were ready to be done with this Sonic, so we left. We are just passing through on vacation and likely won't return anyway, but we will remember this Sonic if we do.

I just stood at several screens at this dump for over 20 minutes.I pushed the button. It began flashing.....Nothing. The light stopped flashing after a few minutes. So I went to another screen. Same thing.I asked the one employee that I saw what was going on and he barely made eye contact and said that they are very backed up.There were three other customers trying to get served. Many screens were inoperable. No one was getting served except in the drive-through.I eventually just left after one patron went into the business and was told "those buttons ain't working."SONIC has good food. But they're going bankrupt because their emoyees suck.I won't be back.

I was missing a chili dog, and it took them 3 times to understand I needed a chili, no cheese footlong.

Horrible service here definitely don’t go after 9pm… There wasn’t even no line and it took 20 minutes to order and we didn’t even order because they had the speaker on just talking and laughing… It was like they were on something, literally. All the workers shouldn’t have a job. Wasting time and the company’s money. This is probably the worst place I’ve been to yet with horrible service.The thing is I’m not even from here, was traveling and wanted a bite to eat.
