The food was absolutely AWFUL! Chicken power bowl was complete liquid and didn’t have rice like it was supposed to. Instead, it has some other nasty, grainy something. Overall, horrible experience, NEVER coming back!

The new flat bread taco thing is my new favorite! Has the slightly spicy sauce, cheese and I got them to substitute the chicken for seasoned beef. It was great.
I ordered a Chicken quesadilla and they gave me a cheese quesadilla.

Store was clean, employee was helpful. I do NOT like having to put my order into the kiosk. My guess would be that anyone technically challenged will pass on this and other stores where you have to do everything yourself before then after they prep your food.

The woman at the window, was VERY rude. We ordered soft tacos and actually told her while ordering three different times that we wanted soft, however we still ended up with hard tacos. When we check the bag and noticed we told her we received hard tacos when we asked for soft she then proceeded to roll her eyes, but got us the right tacos. We thanked her and she then rolled her eyes once again and slammed the drive thru window. I work in the food industry, and have for five years. I always have respect for customers, where was hers? We were very nice from the start but all we received was rude service. Do not recommend.

Half the drive through sign was out. My order was wrong the food tasted cold, metallic, and sour and it was expensive. The Woman in the drive through was so rude she refused to give me a receipt. She said they were out.. Then closed the window in my face.. When she came back I asked her how much was my order I understood $30.oosumthing?? So rude and so was the woman at the front counter. I really didn't want to deal with the trouble of arguing some people can handle it Some people enjoy it, however for some people it is very stressful and it causes their heart to physically hurt. People don't know what other people have to deal with. As a disabled American it is very stressful to have to fuss over an order. What happed to customer service they should have just provided us our food without so many problems.If we had time we would have gone back but we couldn't stay in town any longer. Two meals 15.oo each 30.+$.good grief Charlie Brown...

My lettuce was soggy n very little sour cream for a supreme (2 bites on one side had it). And I believe the meal cost is high, for 3 tacos n a heavily iced soda. Would have been cheaper to get a la carte tacos, but even those are expensive these days ($1.64 plus tax for one)?.
