We ordered and I told the lady at the time of ordering I was allergic to tomatoes and she said ok. I watched the person make my sandwich with the same gloves that she made the previous sandwiches that had tomatoes on them. I asked could it be remade with new gloves because tomatoes cause me to stop breathing and she remade my burger and put KETCHUP on it! Not mayo and pickle only as I stated. I have been calling over an hour and the phone is off the hook apparently. So much for lunch before work.

2nd time since re-model and bad experience again. Slammed the food out the window without saying thank you or anything. Got home sandwich was nothing but meat and bread. No sauce and no cheese that I paid extra for. Automation can not come soon enough. A robot can be programmed to say thank you everytime.

They messed up the simple baconator fries. They aren't supposed to have jalapeños in it yet they put it in there without asking.
