There was no one else in the drive-thru the entire time I was there, but they still made me pull up to the door and wait for my order. The chicken was good, but the mac and cheese tasted burnt, and they forgot the biscuits in both chicken boxes. That's almost a crime.

Worked here for about 5 hours! Walked in on my first day and was immediately scolded by a manager for being "rude" over the phone I apparently called them sir and they identify as otherwise I was unknowing of that . It was over the phone... the staff argue and bicker like children and even make threats to each other! Overall an awful workplace... Worked for an hour before I even got to clock in and still haven't even been paid for the hours I had worked! About to be reaching out to corporate! It's not right to retain someone's pay due to workplace negligence.

We went through the drive-through, and the employees gossiped about our order from the beginning. They pulled us up to wait for our food. Then, when they finally brought it to us, they had all the boxes, but not all the food. For the amount of time we waited, they should have had it right, at least. They could have gotten it wrong much faster.

The Cajun fillet biscuit is definitely the best. The chicken used to be bigger than this last one I got. The service is pretty good, especially for Toccoa.
Definitely like their meal packages with dirty rice and mash potatoes and gravy.
