I just bought a medium tuna sub. I got home and the sub had maybe 2 tablespoons of tuna on it. I’ve called multiple times and no one answers the phone. I feel this is totally ridiculous for the cost of this sub. I have pictures. Who in the world has time to go back to town to get the sub they paid for??

Rodger the manager of the place had an attitude toward his employees. He also got tight with me when I asked for a request on my sub. I simply asked for extra sauce on my sub he got visually upset. He’s been rude on other accounts as well not just to me but his crew.

Went inside placed order for takeout got home and my steak and cheese had tomatoes, lettuce, it should have been on my wife's hook and ladder and we didn't receive both pickles like we ask for this younger generation cannot take it seriously when people order food, with Bad reviews it hurts you business regardless what your working in.

I placed an app order on dec18 2023. I got there and they didn't have my food. They told me they were out of everything I had ordered. All the employees were standing around. I asked for a refund for the food I paid for on the app. To be told I couldn't get the refund I would have to submit it on the app for a refund. I spoke with customer service several times. They sent the complaint number and information to the owner to issue me a refund. It is Jan 19 2024. I still haven't heard from the owner nor have I gotten my refund.

Moved here from Gwinnett county love firehouse sub. First time at this firehouse sub I ordered three sandwiches got home and I got less than I paid for. With there again today ordered a large turkey bacon, a ranch on wheat get home it’s got white bread I don’t think they know how to listen whoever the manager is need to make sure that they start paying attention and listing to the order and fill them correctly. Can’t figure out how eight feet things can get so screwed up. That’s about how far it is from the register to where they make the sandwiches I think they need some leadership in their store.
Location definitely feels understaffed as they are always busy but the food is always quality.

The website would not take my order. They kept giving me an error message, which was unresolvable. I could not get credit for the points that I earned with this Resturant. . The store personnel doesn't know anything about the website you are not able to help. I had an order placed on the website and they told me to cancel it, but they didn't know how to cancel the order or tiled to help me.I have use the app other days and it worked well.I tried to reach out to the website customer service, and it was not active either. I haven't been here in about a year or so because of slow service and inconsistent food. Today was MUCH improved. Our food was ready in record time and it was made well. The 2 were very friendly and helpful. One of the better experiences in the area. I do recommend.

Already a local favorite! Don't be fooled by the tiny parking lot, there's plenty of parking behind the building. The limited outdoor seating is very unpleasant.
