I have issues with the app I say they have a free item every Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. but when I go on there at 2:00 p.m. I cannot get the item contacted them but no response to it

Ordered at the drive through and waited for more than what would be considered reasonable for someone to come take my money for my order.I’m not an impatient person so it takes a lot to make me drive away. I couldn’t wait any longer. I’ll not be giving my business to this terribly managed establishment again.

I spent over $25 bucks just to be told by an employee that i can only have 2 packets of sauce for item….what kind of messed up management/ownership is this?. It doesn’t say anywhere in the whole store about 2 packs sauce per item ordered. One way to ruin someone’s appetite. Bravo! Taco bell toccoa…(edited) just got home, and food SUCKS, did “cheese” on the cheese quesadillas ran away or something. The survival of this establishment lies on two basic fundamentals: Food and Customer Service, and guess what? This place suck at both!

1-20-23 I got a Flatbread melt, it was cold and there was zero sauce in it. There were 3 tiny pieces of chicken and barely any cheese. Whoever fixed it acted like it was from their own fridge at home. Come on guys, take an extra 10 seconds and take pride in your food.

The manager here was very very helpful to me and very very nice I had a kind of embarrassing situation with my husband he was talking down to me embarrassed me and did so in front of the manager so I had to get out and go in to get our order and she was very helpful and very encouraging to me during this embarrassing I would suggest that anybody use this Taco Bell it has great Staff I suggest this night manager should get employee of the year thank you very much again for your help Mam and your encouragement and understanding. You are great!!

This Taco Bell is a scam. I love taco bell, but the price in Toccoa is ridiculous. Every single item on the menu cost an extra 2-3 or more dollars here as it does anywhere else. Ironically, the average salary in Toccoa is far lower than anywhere else. It's mind boggling how this place stays in business. While I was in Cartersville, I ordered a box worth 9.49, that same box here is worth 12.99!!! The owner should be ashamed.

Almost every single time we get food at night they forget something or multiple items, they’re so lazy to make anything on the menu so they say ‘I don’t have it’ or ‘we can’t make that right now.’ Why pay for nachos when 90% of the time y’all forget the side of cheese it comes with? And why do you rush to get orders out at night when you aren’t busy enough to be forgetting stuff? Either get new night workers who want to work or train the ones you have not to be lazy.
