We eat here a lot, but I'm tired of not getting my money's worth. My family of four orders two chicken finger plates to share. I pay extra to get a large order of fries with each plate, plus I trade the coleslaw for fries. The last 4-5 times, both plates have one regular order of fries, not the extra we pay for. There's a whole empty compartment in the box. I've raised this concern to management before and nothing has changed. I don't want to check my boxes every time and I don't want to argue with employees to give me more fries every time I order. Just get right the first time, please.

Bro. I order food and it comes out cold. I asked for heavy sauce and it seems like they put less than what it normally comes with. Plus not to mention they’ll tell you to pull up to wait on fresh food and yet it’s still barely warm. Honestly I’d rather make the 25 minute drive to Lavonia for better food and service.

I used to like Zaxby's but they are way overpriced. $15 for a salad. I can eat better and cheap at longhorn.Today I ordered a Zack Snack with loaded fries. The employee charged me for the meal with the regular fries and also for a whole separate order of loaded fries. It was like $20. I'm probably going to switch to Chick-fil-A.

I’m giving 1 star because I just came through and order fries and a basket of toast. They asked me to pull up because my food would be fresh. I can’t even eat these fries. Literally throwing them away. They are smelly because of so much oil. But also old, oily, and mushy. You can tell they were old and dropped again instead of getting fresh food like she stated I was getting by pulling me up. Never had a bad experience before. But as someone who was pregnancy craving these fries, I’m sad. The picture doesn’t do justice. :(
