11/23: Service was exceedingly slow. I ordered 5 krystals and it took 11 minutes after I paid and 15 minutes after I ordered. Horrible with no one else in line in front of me. After waiting 9 minutes, I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere. Suddenly. My food was coming up. No. As it still tool several minutes..: Service was quick (for krystal standards) and the food hot. Krystal always seems to be either a hit or miss. Never was a big Krystal fan until I discovered the double cheese Krystal. My absolute favorite. They are still good cold, unlike the regular ones that you could knock someone out with once it cools off.

A++ strictly because they got my order correct!! Silly I know, but for whatever reason EVERY time I order my simple "add mayo" they can't get it. But today ? they did.It's decent food when there's nothing else around worthy of a sit down meal. Although the prices are up there with a sit down meal cost!!
