This restaurant was once really good about getting your food out on time but now it isn't. I went down a couple of days ago with my family and I had ordered online and it said the order was ready but it actually wasn't. So we waited 30 min and still no order. After waiting we finally just asked for a refund and waited for almost 30 more minutes before getting tired of waiting and had to go in and demand the refund and to find out that they had also lost my order.
I was there at 11:15 am not a light on in the store the open sign still wasn't on so I drove around to drive thru and there was a employee asleep at the back door .. card reader wasn't working kinda wondering if it was bc the store wasn't open ..

Just wondering if the store opens at 11, or not. The last time I stopped by at 11am, I was told they didn't open at 11am and nothing was ready. I said that it says 11am on their site, and I was told it was incorrect.
