They need to improve a lot, the wings are very dry, the phili meat is very burnt and the rice is a little salty. It's my first time ordering. I hope the next time it will be better. If there are new people, train them a little better ✌?

The girls that answers the phone and take orders over the phone are very rude, they don’t care about the customers and they like to hang the phone up in your face, terrible customer service alone with the food, the food the wing and fries are always too hard to eat they definitely need to work on their customer service skills as well I will never eat here again

I see online they clearly close at 10 pm so I called at 9:30 to place a quick order and was told they were already closed... I told whoever answered that I saw they closed at 10 and it was only 9:30 and was hung up on. That's terrible service to loyal customer. I've been to this place too many times to count to be treated like that...

Shrimp fried rice so far is my favorite item here but wings are the reason we even come. My man enjoys lp sprinkle and hot. Tenders were the only negative kind of tasteless.

No call in orders are allowed 2hrs BEFORE they close. Also noticed no fried items that being wings ,boneless wings, chicken sandwich and many other items with the exception of fries cant be ordered 2hrs before close. This location service not all that neither food is so/so. The American deli on jimmy carter definitely will be my go to from now better service anyway. I only use to go here cause it was convenient but yeaa it aint worth.

The employees might as well leave the phone off the hook permanently. What’s the point of answering the phone , only to hung up in my face after I asked to place an order for pick up. I called back 3 times and got the busy signal. Unprofessional and tacky.

I got food poisoning from here on 12/12/2022 . Order an 10 piece wings extra crispy an few hours later I’m throwing up everything , went to the hospital confirmed it was food poisoning. Don’t eat here.
Staff was very nice and welcoming. Menu item that I was looking for was available, it just needs to be more with the meal. I ordered the three piece fish meal. (Not for me, I'm Vegan) They asked if I wanted it crispy or soft. Crispy of course. The ppl enjoyed the meal.

Go in to get my food. The cooks do not wear gloves. They are cooking and preparing food without gloves on. Saw one cook pick up some chicken with his bare hands just nasty. Who knows where his hands have been. Also smell like the toilet is backed up. They got a fan out front to try an air it out. Over all it’s a heath scared to the public. Be warned

This is a great experience. The wings are phenomenal, I love to tilapia and I love the gyro too. It's very convenient as it is very close to my home. The service is also excellent and amazing. I met the owner and he is a wonderful man operating the spirit of excellence and made sure that I had an outstanding customer experience. I highly recommend this place.

I think it’s SO lazy of the owner and staff to take the phone off the hook during the last 2 hours of operation. This location at around this time will tell you that they are only doing wings and everything else on the menu is unavailable. So if you drive from Lawrenceville because online it says open until 10pm and you have a Philly on your mind you might as well skip this location because even tho it’s 8pm and it says they close at 10pm they only have wings for you. It’s the taking the phone off the hook for me that prompted this review. Won’t be patronizing this location again. Ghetto!
