I have ordered twice through the app for food at this location. This is the slowest chick-fil-a in the area and very disheartening that food quality is on par with the poor service.

It is lit. The people are so kind. I go there and I had an amazing talk with one of the workers. Her name was Lauren. Great customer care.

The staff there are always so pleasant and have a smile on their face. They are very helpful. I went there for dinner with my family and all our food came out correct. The only downside was that our chicken sandwiches weren’t very hot, just warm, however our fries and macaroni and cheese were nice and hot. We only waited a couple of minutes before our food was ready! Very quick service.

Fire Dept, Military, and EMS don’t receive discounts, only POLICE. The worst service I ever experienced was from RYAN WALKER, GM, in my life. My drink was incorrect, so you want to charge me for a shake; your cashier should have rung up from the initial encounter. I pray the God he changes his unprofessionalism.

Great service. The line is always long but service is so fast one ignores the line. Love that garden salad with the grilled chicken. The peach milkshake is addictive ?. In the Fall and Winter the chicken tortilla soup is the best I've had.

Didn't get to eat here, because the line was so long. Chick-fil-A is doing this on purpose at this point. No way it takes that long to have posts ready if you have data to know customer trends.

Not sure how this happened but you guys missed my drinks. I ordered two drinks frosted coffee and iced vanilla coffee and it was missed on my delivery…. This location is one of the the only few that I go to. I seriously needed that coffee… smh

Anajae was very helpful at driver thru! Great service and very patient. Food is always good and Syore is always clean when I come here. Quick in and out in drive thru. No complaint .

I came in this drive through around 10:00 this morning 3/23. I ordered 2 5 count chicken nugget meals. When I arrived home I checked the bag and there was 4 hash browns in the bag with no nuggets. I drove back to this Chick fil-a and arrived at 10:35. When I first entered the 2 young lady’s waited a moment before they greeted me as they could clearly see the Chick Fil-A bag was in my hand so obviously I received the wrong order. One of the young lady’s who I greeted me I believe her name was “Christel” she had a very distinctive mole above her lip, I explained that i received an incorrect order she never once apologized but she told me “Okay so you want 2 nuggets and fries?” I said fries will be fine I know at this time their no longer on breakfast. I remained calm the entire time and I never once raised my voice. I waited for my food to be packaged and I watched her whisper to the “Shift leader” which is the title listed on his badge he looked extremely young like a teenager his exact words were “Okay just give her the food” he never once came to me and apologized. She then handed me the food with a smirk on her face, and still no apologies . I have been going to chick fil a for some time and I’ve never received this poor of service. This is my last time visiting this location. I was not upset that my order was incorrect because were all human that happens but for “Christel” and the shift leader to lack empathy, and not atleast say “My apologies” I will no longer spend my money at this location. I have made a report to Chick Fil-a’s corporate center and I lol forward to speaking with someone. Their are many people who would love a job, please stop hiring individuals who can’t manage a team, and individuals who have nothing to lose so they come to work with an “I don’t care attitude “ Im thankful and grateful that I am saved and sanctified by the blood of Jesus, because if I was not who knows what could have happened.
