I tried to come yesterday I was in line it was 2 cars ahead of me I’m in line at 10:25 they taking orders as soon they get to me they switch screens and say we not accepting breakfast how is that fair ? How ?? I was already in line before I’ve been at a chick fil a where that happened and they literally got the job done they made my day and gave me my food because it’s fair but this restaurant no they so rude and nasty and have attitude they don’t want to do they job correct this location is not the location you want to go to if I was yall I’ll go a little down the screet to have better customer service yall need to do better if I could call corporate I would I tried to go today I place my order at 10:25 drove got here 10:30 they cancel my order while I’m in line and say they can’t serve my breakfast again not fair like come on yall see no issue. ??

I ordered a 12 count grilled nuggets (and I assume because I ordered to go they assumed I would be long gone before I noticed), they gave me a TORN UP GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST in it’s place. I am annoyed and infuriated that they would rather do that than tell me they didn’t have grilled nuggets and offer me something else.

This Chikfila is awful and they might as well do away with mobile thru lane because its 3x longer wait than the regular line. Ive been to mank Chikfilas and this one is hands down the worst one around.

If you want a terrible Chik-fila service do not go to this location it is not their pleasure serve you they will tell you to turn around and get back in line after you have sat for 30 minutes they are not willing to help or make the situation right they don’t value their customers

Service is night and day depending on when you. Mornings are always great, but evening service can be horrible. I'm guessing the types of individuals available in the evening are not as great. Bad service applies to customer service and attention to food quality. The only reason to go to a Chick-fil-A over other fast food places is consistent service.

Chick-fil-A has its pros and cons.If there isn’t a lot of people in the drive thru then you might get your food quick.The other day I was in line for around 15 minutes waiting for my food. Both lines were full and there was only one girl running the food until 10 minutes in.In the mobile line there has been plenty of time when cars behind you would get their food first and they can’t get out of line to leave. There has been times when you get your food but the first car in line hasn’t so you have to wait until they get their food first to leave.Sometimes you have to check your bag to make sure you aren’t missing anything but it only happened once to me and it was a free brownie so I couldn’t complain that much.This Chick-fil-A is still trying to figure things out.

Drive thru with with a preorder and paid.Took for ever to get the item. Add I had no napkins in bag. Oh my. It’s new and still bad.

Food was okay, a bit cold, I asked for a large fry and gave me it half empty and they forgot my 2 sauces, went to go ask for a new large fry and my sauces took them 10 minutes to get it (it was empty inside) don’t know why they do this

Ordered via Chick-fil-a app for Door Dash delivery. Order was delivered timely but the food was horrible. I ordered 4 count chicken minis and received 4 mini yeast rolls with crumbs. No meat just the scraps/batter. I attempted to contact the restaurant several times with no luck. I called the store and a recording told me to visit the store but no option to speak with a live person. Very disappointing. A total waste of my time and money!

I get it. Faster u order faster u get on your way. However for the life of me I just don't get why chick fil a insists on taking your order when you are car lengths away from the menu!!!!! I've determined that it's because you are supposed to KNOW what you want before you get there, why else would u have gone there?Regardless this specific restaurant was fast & friendly. the food was hot & tasty.

This is my second visit to this new location in Tucker, Ga. Both times, my order was incorrect, and wait was way too long.

Very poorly managed relative to other Chick-fil-A. Been here several times and always an issue. Order the salad in the past and they forgot the dressing twice. Last two times I ordered mobile had an issue. First time order was unexpectedly canceled. The second time it took nearly 20 minutes to get through the mobile thru line. The other time it took 30 minutes because of the order cancellation. Kind of ridiculous to call it fast food. This is not been my experience at the other locations. Been giving it multiple opportunities to correct itself since they close the old location and open this one, but it's still been a problem.
